I have not moved in yet, I move in in a month, but so far they've processed all my paper work, payments, and questions personally and quickly. it's a beautiful place, pretty lenient on the pet policy, and close to major roadways and shopping centers. it's my first real apartment, my first being student housing by USF, and already the experience is much more pleasant, and this app seems to do what it says it does quite well. I will come back and edit this review once I move in :)
