NerdWallet: Personal Finance & All Things Money for Android
Great app keeps me up to date
I personally love it! It's an amazing app that helps you with every financial thing you need I'm building my credit and if it wasn't for creating an account with nerd wallet I think I'd be confused... They really helped me see things thoroughly, thanks nerdwallet and love it!
Unable to sync either my 401k through the standard or my banking information through Navy Federal
I love the concept! HOWEVER, the app is very buggy and doesn't connect to most of my financial institutions. Needs a lot of work/updating. I'd love to use this once it's in better shape. Hopefully sooner than later!
Amazing App????Beautiful, Fresh and Clean Concept about Managing Money in All Terms. Thank You ???? Keep It Up and Much Success ????????✌
Would be great if it would sync to my bank
Great app, just have to keep re-linking my accounts everyday.
No budget set up.
Great app, helping me get my credit up.
Slow and buggy on S8. Takes forever to sync. "Personal Capital" app is much faster and it shows all your 401k account breakdowns AND has a ton of spending categories (nerdwallet has only 4). VERY disappointed, and a waste of my time. I thought it would be good because I remember the app name from years ago. They obviously haven't advanced the experience. Move on!
I like the UI better than mint. One thing I'd love to have is the ability to add your home, your cars, etc to get a better picture of your net worth. That's one feature in mint that I'd love to see in this app.
It won't let me link my accounts to get my credit score. I entered in my phone number for verification but that doesn't work. Which makes no sense.
This app is useless for normal usage such as tracking your transactions and accounts. It is not even updating with latest account details and transactions.
Most poorly designed app ever. Keeps telling me I'm registered but prompts me to register. Won't let me in. Useless
I can't believe how much you want the computer lab report as soon as I get home I will send you the money
Unlike mint, Nerdwallet doesn't update the transactions when you fire up the app, which is not really up to date.
100% helped me get my financial life in order again.... Would truly recommend this app over others!
Sounds good
I thought I would be able to budget, but the app doesn't do anything. Went to goals, followed the prompts, added an account and then nothing happened. It keeps asking me to add more accounts. I only have the one. All it does is show me my transactions which is a waste of time when the Wells Fargo app does exactly that.
I'm using this app over Mint because Navy Federal is supported here (sucks to be a sailor, I guess?) and I love the interface more too. I'm not sure if I'm overlooking something, but I can't find an option to manually add transactions. I use cash, so I would like to add the money that I spend and recieve in cash.
I don't understand what happened. I just downloaded the app and couldn't even type a simple decimal point when trying to set up my debt goals. I don't know why it wasn't working, but it's not a good first impression.
It's nice to see everything organized into one app but the app doesn't update my information very often. Maybe I just haven't figured out how to if I'm supposed to push a button to update/refresh it but my information is definitely a few days late. If they can fix that kink then the app is 5star!
I had to remove some accounts and add them back because they weren't relinking. It forces me to verify my phone number but I get an error stating it's already verified. There's no work around. Some update seems to have broken the app for me.
My accounts are not syncing. Showing accounts haven't been paid, when they have.. Also there is no way to refresh the accounts manually...
WOW Nerdwallet, I was tied with Creditkarma cos I love how they will update your credit score quicker than any other credit score app but today your new feature release (Account in one place) is f#@$king awesome. I am sold!
I need to deactivate this. I've tried to link a few accounts and it keeps telling me I'm putting in the wrong information and I know I'm not. I also logged out and now it's saying I have the wrong log in info. PLEASE DEACTIVATE!!!
App is seriously lacking in features compared to mint. I honestly don't see the point in having this app in particular. It has nothing that isn't already being offered by other apps but is missing plenty of features.
Liked the idea. However having to relink my accounts daily sucks and it doesn't update balances. It still showed Dec transactions on Jan 30 after it says last updated 6 hrs ago.
Could not get app to sync with bank it showed accounts but would not
I couldn't delete the "master your credit goal" until I allowed them to run a credit check. In the terms for running a credit check NerdWallet would also get to sell my info and send me spam in the mail. No.
Perfect app except it says accounts are up to date when they are not. I've unlinked and relinked them multiple times and it still doesn't fix it.
need to sign up to be able to use it -.-
I would give it a higher review if I could find my bank.
The best app
Cool
Love nerdwallet but honestly this app needs some work. Accounts take minutes to link and seem like they hang when setting up. Creating a goal perpetually asks to link an account even when it's linked and dismissing the message goes right back to the home screen. Running a credit score simulation throws some unknown error. Even reading articles have a big reload symbol in the middle of the screen in front of the text. I look forward to the next release of this app and hopefully some of these bugs are worked out.
I wish there was an option to add your necessity shopping list and bills so you can see how much you are going to spend per month and what you have left over, ie: student payment plans, subscriptions, pet food, food store budget, etc. so you can maximize your savings and cut unnecessary spending and have a visual record of it.
I downloaded the app to help track and improve my credit in preparation for home buying. The app is incredibly slow. It sat for 6 minutes trying to connect to my bank account, so I gave up on that. I tried to save my student loan debt information, and it timed out before saving that. Finally I tried to get my credit score information, the whole purpose of wanting the app, but you have to agree to allow NerdWallet to share your credit information with whoever they want so that those partners can sell you their products to "help" you with your credit. No thank you. I'm not interested in my very personal information being sold and shared, and I'm definitely not interested in being constantly spammed by people who want me to get a loan or credit card to help put more money in their CEO's wallet. No thank you. Stay away from this app. There are other more helpful applications that won't sell your information to screw you over and make more money.
My favorite app for money management. Successfully linked to all my accounts, even those with two factor authentication. I just wish it had a bills capability too :(
