MobileBiz Co - Cloud Invoice for Android
This used to be a really great cutting edge app, but lately development seems to have stalled. Requested features are no longer developed and implemented and product support has lessened. Still okay but I'm considering moving to a more dynamic app with more proactive development.
A long time user since the launch. Trying to get updates and development issues that are not up to date. Love the app and what it has done for us but the most important feature through Paypal and ability for customers to pay their invoices directly through the email copy and attachment is no longer viable and not functional. I asked multiple times when new updates and fixes will be released but the questions go unanswered. Im hoping Sunny will come back and join the development help crew resolve some issues, update, and launch new features to maintain and improve a more stable platform while addressing customer concerns. Thank you Mobile Biz team. We look forward to utilizing your wonderful app further with improvements.
Been using this app for 3 years. From time to time sync slows down and becomes a real problem for me when I'm rushing to bill my customers early in the morning.
Such a shame!....this app was great when we started using it...now nobody gets back to us when we need support. Have seen all the comments below relating to this asking is to email support...we do! And nobody replies! This makes it no good for business! Have sadly cancelled our subscription now and are looking for a new provider with customer support
Have been using this successfully for a number of years. Got a new device, and am locked out. I don't have my login credentials anymore, it's been years and the old emails are gone from the server and I don't remember which one of the hundred or so usernames or passwords it could be. It's tax time soon, this loss is devastating and no information available to help and no contact information from mobile biz. Basically I'm screwed big time. It's worth it to use a service that provides customer service.
There is absolutely no support for this app. Failed to sync local changes, nothing on the blog deals with this. Of course there is no way to connect with any to find out how to deal with this issue. Stear clear of this app.
Please FIX paypal link generation. Let's work on new features and support your software to fix the bugs that annoy our day to day business. Love using the mobile aspect of the app and the customization capabilities. Let's work together and get these fuctional.
Not error free. But still very worthy for small business... I'm settled with this app after trying everything available in the store
I have been using this app for anout 2 months. I have sent a couple of emails trying to get some help to print receipts on a small mobile printer. No one has answered me after a couple of attempts. Does any of you print receipts to a mobile printer?
When you install the app it does not mention in app purchases or only 5 customers/vendors will be allowed. Very disappointed in your dishonesty as this is nothing else than being dishonest to people thinking about using your app. Just when you think you've got it figured out, you cant continue with it.
I been using Mobilebiz pro for 11 years I think ... my biggest concern was to loose all my data so I has to clone 2 devices "cellphone and tablet" and backup to email constantly, it was just a pain in the but. I experience of all these changes with it through the years "sunny side up" and I kept asking for a way to run 2 or more devices over the clouds AND THIS IS WHAT WE GOT ... EX CELLENT. It does my bookkeeping, inventory, taxes payroll .. it's not perfect like Peachtree but if you have never price out an software for a business! Think again $500,000 + even millions for UPS or Mc Donal, etc. My company has grown too $400k at $5.00 every month ... IT'S A GIFT, for what it does you must try it and if you are not sure then get a lower version like the one I started "MOBILEBIZ PRO" just make sure you clone 2 devices and back up weekly. PDF printing V7.1.1 finally solved it. Can still not get hold of support. Wonder if there is still development of software?
Not all company details are showing on the invoice heading....good program...still testing.
Not allowing me to sign into cloud it keeps telling me that user name/company not found

Can import from my regular Mobibiz account to Mobibizcloud account? How do i do it? I dont want to re input all the transaction and information on my regular Mobibiz account into the cloud app. I want to export them and use right away. How do i do it?
This app is very useful for manage my business. The only problem is that we can see the pictures in other devices instead of the synchronization
Please and a report to view daily TOTAL sales for a selected date range. that'll make it worth 5 star.

Hi, when new tax record is added to tax list, the sync fails with error "Failed to sync local changes." If new tax is removed the sync runs ok. Please fix. Otherwise I'm using this softer at least 2 years. It's does exactly what I need!
I've been using your apps more than 2 years, it is a great app. Today one i decide to use a new device for one of my user. There comes the problem. That user can't login into my account from new device. I tried it from other devices, even from blue stack your app show a message " fail to sync online data". Please help....... One more question, can i have the pro and co version at the same time on a device??
Calling brian can yoy pleasr fix the statement issue .this time its not showing anyting .just a blank white psper with nothing on it. .
This app is great, a little tricky to navigate and set up at first but it is well worth it. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great app. I was using the pro version and loved it. Now I'm using the cloud version and is extraordinary. The Customer service is outstanding! !!!!!!!!!!

I have been using this program for several years now. I have been contacting them for the last 3 months to downgrade my plan. The only communication I received was telling me to renew or lose all my data. The program is wonderful it is exactly everything I need. The customer service though is non-existent. I hope you don't have any kind of problem because they never answered me and I said at least 4 or 5 emails through their contact page.
