I can't login

Not only does this app not work but when u call customer service they claim to not even have an app when this very app was downloaded directly from their website! Not to mention poor customer service and they have no knowledge. Then when u ask a question they repeat themselves over and over.

Keeps saying my card isn't able to work with it, yet I can check my acct online

I have a card n I like it it aint great but for right now I can deal with it

This app is helpful when it works. I constantly get an error message. Also, how come we can do balance transfers in the app, but not on the site? Makes no sense.

I haven't uploaded the app because I'm afraid of loosing my bread allowing hackers to view my card info

I don't know if there is a time lag from the time you create the user ID and the time that you attempt to log in to the Excella app. I to have been denied with the error message say that my card is not eligible for log in. I would like them to look in to this as I see that I am not the only one with this issue.

I was on the phone for 50 minutes today with Excella card. I contacted them about the mobile apps failure to log me in, they flat out told me that there has never been a mobile application for the Excella card. The card itself has now become suspect, especially because I've been using the mobile app for nearly 5 years now. I suggest you withdraw your money from Bankcorp Bank and contact the Department of Consumer Affairs in your state.

Apparently this app does not recognize my user name and won't sign me in. I don't like wasting my time waiting for a "fix". I take this as a strong indicator of the quality of this app. Uninstalling!

Wont accept my user id for some reason this app stinks!!!!!!!!!!

This app was working at first. Then one day it didn't recognize my username and password. Then it started working again. Now it hasn't worked for almost a month and there are no updates. I have no idea what's going on ?

I have been a customer for 3 years. I gave had the same password for the entire time. Login failure due to password failure. App sucks! Please fix or I'll delete.

Love this app!!

For some reason, it refuses to let me login with this app and my card, reporting the error that my card is not eligible, even tough I have absolutely zero problems with the website login and this card, even from the same mobile phone. I'm sure the app is very convenient and I would love to use it, so hopefully they get this issue resolved sooner rather than later, allowing me to actually try it out and give it a proper review.

Not eligible even though I can log in on the site. Would be nice to have this but until this issue is remedied its 1 star
