where2go helps groups of users decide where and when to go for an entertainment.
It enables you to create an invitation to a group of users (or to all the users in a city) to go out.
Each of the users can vote on the offers (place, time, how much money to spend, and what gift to buy),
and add his own suggestion (or comments).
It also connects the places' owners to users who want to go out, and enables them to offer time-based discounts.
The User-Interface is translated to 24 languages (and its default according to your Android default).
It also helps tourists to find places and interact with other people in foreign countries.
For example, it translates the places names and addresses, and the user comments, and lets you write things in your language and translate it to the target language (and back to your language to see if it makes sense).
It even enable group of users to conduct a multi-language chat (with each writing in his language and viewing the translated messages in his language).
In each place that you visit, you can vote on the services, pricing and quality, and see graph results of other users voting.
