Every time I select one of my songs to edit, I get an error message telling me Unfortunately the app shut down. Really? I know 99 cents isn't going to feed a starving child for a year. But if you get enough people paying for it, then that $ starts to add up while you're screwing people. Get it fixed. Samsung Note 4 Lollipop 5.0.3

This was one of the top apps out there and now its the worst app out there, what happend ???, i cant believe they still have not fixed this app, its been months

This was a five star app. The only reason I gave it a one star because there is no zero star. The app. no longer works at all. I don't know what was done to this app. but it needs to be fixed.

I used to enjoy using this App to customize my ringtones from music files that I have on my phone. Lastly, this App does NOTHING BUT CRASH; Immediately after selecting a file to edit, the screen freezes and then crashes! I am Lowering my rating to ONE STAR.... PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! BTW... I Purchased the "PRO VERSION" of this App!!! AS OF March 4, 2016: UNINSTALLING APP!!

Every time that I choose song an error message comes up that RingMaker has stopped.

Don't waste your money like the rest of us did. I bought this app but it has steadily gone down hill to the point it no longer works at all. Look at all the complaints and no replies by the developer. Google needs to allow 0 stars and remove apps like this one to clean up the play store before devs like this bring down Android.

I used to love this. Got a new phone and tried to use this app, but it wouldn't work. Uninstalling it.

Don't buy this I couldn't get any of the features to work. I sent three emails and nothing...very frustrating!!!!!!

Used to be a 5 star app, however, once my Samsung S5 was updated, it didn't work, and still won't with my new S7

This app was great on my S4, but now it doesn't even work on the S5. Support is non-existent.

Bought this app years ago for galaxy note...worked fine...Now I tried to use it on my S4...and it DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. It Keeps crashing when trying to use music from my library... I want a refund please... There are other FREE ringtones that work just fine.

I used this app religiously. Now whenever I try to make a ringtone, the app has an error and closes down I have reported the issue several times...still not working....please fix...lg3 user.

It used to be the best app ever don't know what they have done but it is really bad I even paid for the app and it does this crap I can't even get my money back please don't buy and give you're money to them.

This app no longer works correctly with lollipop on my Note 4. It use to be my go to app but it's obvious they are not trying to keep up with software updates.

Stopped working. Used to rock but it now just sucks. What's worse is I payed for it and get no support from the creators.

This app used to be great; however, now it keeps saying "error" and crashing. It hasn't worked since the Lollipop update. There has been enough time since then for the app to have been updated & debugged. It seems like the creator's don't care. It's very very frustrating!

Enjoyed it when it worked. It now crashes whenever a song is selected. Looks like this is a common issue now.

Not only is there no help section where you can get assistance with issues bit you don't even get access to all the music that you've paid for through the Playstore. I'm sorry but when I pay $1.99 for one single song I should be able to use it as a ringtone as well. This app really truly sucks and I would NEVER recommend it to friends. EVER!

I bought the Pro version just because of how frickin' simple it is to make a ringtone or multiple ringtones if u want. Works EVERY TIME! Thanks Devs! **Update:** 3/21/12, 2/27/12 STILL works just like the first time; flawlessly. #1, must have ringtone maker!

App does not recognize/list my music files on HTC One. Can't change app settings. No help file. Complete waste of time & money.

I don't know what happened but it seems since lollipop it can't open your music to create ringtones. You select a song and errors. Nexus 5

No longer works on lollipop

This is the real deal. My apologies for previous 1 star review on PRO (I saw a lock and assumed I wasn't capable of getting in. I was, app just needed to sync with server.) No other ringtones app gives you the full 40 second ringtones , most of us want. I now have a custom ring, that suits every friends archetype and personalities! It's better then caller ID to me. I know who's callin' without lookin'. I can instantly decide to voicemail them or answer.

Stopped working you create and then it says installed but it doesn't work. what it does is put your ringer into silent mode. Please fix.
