FlitWays, Pre-book a Ride

This App is super exciting, reliable and amazing. I was able to pre-book my ride for a very important trip and I wasn't disappointed. My vehicle was right on point and the driver was very friendly. The app is equally easy to navigate and payment is reliable and fast. No cash required. I am so satisfied that I highly recommend it to all. This is a traveller's joy.

I got this app through a friend and since then it has been awesome using this app, I booked a ride and it arrived with little or no effort. It a App for everyone it's users friendly try it and see..

Nothing worked. It wouldn't search on venue name. Even when I pasted actual address in the app, it kept saying no address found for a venue that's been there for 25 years in Houston. Then I couldn't change the minutes on the pickup time. The + button on the minutes changed the hours. Uninstalling it.

I requested pick on 6/19 at 4:50am. I was waiting outside at the address request at 4:45am. The driver didn't show. I called the support line, and they said they didn't know exactly where the driver was. I waited til 5:05am before finally getting a call from the driver (I believe his name was Tobi). Tobi informed me that he was at least 15mins away. I had a plane to catch, and he was going to be at least 30mins late. I found a ride at 5:20am from another source and still had no sign of Tobi. I called Tobi and told him not to bother coming. I now find a charge pending on my card and a receipt in my email. Contacted support to get a refund and they were completely useless. The worst experience I've ever had with a company. Ever.

It has been really buggy lately.... Not sure if it was because of the latest update or what....

Excellent App, with great user interface. I was able to book my ride and get to my destination on time.

Can't even use it. I enter an address in the destination and it says "No address found"

How have I not heard of FlitWays before?? They provide an excellent service; the app is easy and responsive and I really liked being able to pick and choose the ride option/rate that best fits my needs. Nice not having to worry about having cash out or surge prices. I'm pleased with FlitWays and would use again! :)

It's not allowing me to sign into my account, nor is it allowing me to open the drop box to inform FlitWay about these issues.

Wouldn't allow me to select a location and the only times it would let me select was 2 hours after I had to be at the airport, beyond easier to just call. Don't even bother with this terrible app.

Well, I've never found having abroad trip will be this easy using this app. I can go everywhere i like with just a single click and book a ride. I love this app, friendly UI and simple. Doubt at first book, but it worked beyond expectation.

It's a nice idea - if it worked well. Better off using the website. The price quote with the app was higher than on the website.

Amazing app, though I was skeptical at first but my friend would not let me rest, until I tried and yay! I wasn't disappointed. Got the ideal ride, good pricing and got to downtown just in time!

The app is... satisfactory. First of all that I have noticed is the lack of user-friendliness. It was very clear that I was using the app in the Philippines, so it should not automatically suggest pick-up and destination addresses to/from another country. Another problem is about the user interface. Whenever I open the menu by pressing the button on the top right, the app makes it mandatory to press the arrow on the top-left to close it, instead of pressing anywhere outside the menu. Another problem is the lack of suggestions about the closest times when taxis would be available for any given date and time. We should be able to set a date in which we opt to be available anytime of that particular day. I would also mention that the Google map does not work. If you make improvements on these concerns, you would definitely get more sales.

It's simple with a great UI. I book a ride and it arrived in no time. I didn't have to wait long hours. Reliable app with great services. Highly recommend.

Just got my text 3 days ago that my account is active. Since today i still cant log in and customer service as not fix my log in issue. Still waiting

This app is so amazing. In the wake of making few research over the kind of application that will best suit me easily, a companion prescribed this FLITWAYS which ends up being astonishing, they are so aware of their time, their client administrations is the best operator up until now, they gave me a guaranteed transportation administrations and foundation checked drivers which make them be more solid than others and it is the thing that I adored most in which I named it to be a well-disposed administration. The application is anything but easy to control, even in my next world I will recommend this application a million times.

I specifically requested a taxi and they signed me up for a Lyft driver. I couldn't edit an incorrect address, and the driver refused to show until I did, and then after I found alternate accommodation he showed up anyway.

Im currently an active driver for flitways unfortunately the app doesn't work at all for me anyways and I can't receive any ride requests at all....I love the concept that's why I rated the app so high
