Worst customer service.. If someone planning to order for dinner, make sure u order in the afternoon.. Worst door delivery... No response to customers feedback also.. Please don't choose aasife..

Please don't rely on this app. They wouldn't confirm your order unless you call them. Today they made me wait 3. 5 hours for the delivery. You can not even track your order also. Uninstalling it.

No online payment facility. I ordered 3 times. But I didn't get the food.

Ordered food for lunch at 12.45 got it at 3.15. Even that we have to go and get the order they didn't even deliver....

Places an order via app and didnt recieve any call or sms regarding the order or status. When i reopened the app it didnt show like my order is pending and there is no place the status of my order is displayed. It opens up a fresh order page. Aasife called me one hour later and told me they will take another hour to place and deliver the food. I told them to cancel and they didnt even care. Just basic worthless service. Please dont use and waste your valuable time waiting for an order that will never come.

I have ordered and the order was acknowledged by call but after waiting for even 2hrs I didn't receive my order. I have given numerous call to coustmer care but they just said it's out for delivery .. Asifee is just 10 mins away

Placed the call at 10AM waited for more than 4hrs no proper responce and they didnt deliver the order.. Idiots ...

Yesterday only I oredered this biryani and pepper chicken they charged 326rs and biryani no taste pepper chicken all of them bones. They are not give the value for customers money. The biryani taste is same as kg 100rs biryani and they are not provided gravy also. One of the worrest biryani I ever tasted don't support this people. And pepper chicken they cost 160rs. And all of them bones only what they should think about customer. I no need write all this. Pls think once how much I was painful .

Order's can be placed in this app, but you can't expect them to be delivered. Support person will inform you that they didn't get your order but you will have a confirmation email.
