Worst fast food app I have used so far. Always try to charge me $1 extra when I try to make purchase through app
App sucks and of course no free sandwich on site. Not even a homepage to click. I hate liars
Haven't really had any problems with the app but we noticed the prices are different via Android than iPhone (higher on Android; restaurant and iPhone prices are the same).
It is super-convenient. Looks like they also fixed the auto-tipping issue, good.
DEAR POTBELLY. Please let me be able to pay with gift cards online. I have like two gift cards and can't figure out where to enter them...
Unfortunately, I cannot keep this Android app because the app cannot be moved to secondary storage. I'm like every Android user and have limited available space on primary storage. Because of the OS and other required data that must be stored on primary storage, I have to move apps to my SD card after I install them in order to make room. I understand that users must first install apps to primary storage on Android. That's fine. Users should then be able to move apps like this to Secondary Storage in App Storage Settings. This app does not allow that. Sadly, I have to uninstall this app now since I don't have enough space on my primary storage to keep it. To be clear, developers can enable apps to be moved to SD Cards. I understand that there are legitimate reasons why some apps can't be moved to secondary storage. For instance, App Widgets or Alarm Services will no longer work from apps run on Secondary Storage. I'm not sure if those examples apply to this app, but again, my opinion is to let the user make the trade off. Some users like myself will give up features just to be able to move the app to SD Storage. For me, it's better to be able to keep an app with limited functionality than have to uninstall it altogether. I've heard that some developers prevent their apps from running on SD Cards simply because the app may run slower. I surely hope that is not the reason with this app. My opinion is: Let the user decide. As it stands, I can't use this app at all because I don't have enough space to keep it installed on my primary storage. The reason that I believe this app deserves a lower star rating is because the developer has the option to allow this app to be moved to SD cards, but the developer has not implemented that. Furthermore, other competing apps in the Google Play store can be moved to SD Cards. SUGGESTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPER: If there is not an unsurpassable reason to allow users to move your app to SD Cards, then please change the "android:InstallLocation" attribute in your app to allow it to be moved to an SD Card after installation. If you are worried about a second-rate user experience, then simply display a warning to the user of the functionality that will be lost by running the app from an SD Card. If you haven’t heard this suggestion from other users, then please keep in mind that many are probably just uninstalling your app when they run out of primary storage space on their phone. Users with an SD card in their phone usually have tons of available storage there, so there is never a reason to go through those apps and uninstall them. In other words, another good reason to allow your app to be moved to SD Storage is the users are much less likely to uninstall it to make room for other things on their limited primary storage. If there are legitimate reasons that your app can't be moved to a device's SD card, then please at least create a setting in the app that allows users to store the App Data on the SD card. Thank you so much for considering my suggestions and feedback. I'm passionate about this because I would otherwise like to be able to keep and use your app. :)
Makes you sign up for some point system. I just want to order food ahead, with the account I already have.
This app is really glitchy. I created an account yesterday and was able to have access to a new perk. Today, I noticed that I was forced to create a new account (with the same email address) and wasn't able to simply log in. Once I created a new account, my perks were gone. Please figure this out please.
The app works about 75% of the time. But there are so many glitches that it's getting really frustrating: a) Today, for no apparent reason, it's marking up my entire order by 12%. It lists the subtotal + tax, but then the final total is 12% higher than that. b) The online ordering system also goes down a lot. c) When you try to select a pick-up time from the dropdown, it doesn't actually put the one you picked. You have to try hitting it multiple times before it recognizes it. d) Perks don't show up reliably in your account.
It works. The free sandwich thing. You have to wait 30 mins for the offer to show up on ur app. Just got mines. Its close by. New sandwich shop for me to go to.

It's a lie. They say you get a free sandwich in your perks, but it never appears on the app. I have had to listen to your dumb whistling commercial for no reason. Looking up Jersey mikes now
Super shady business practices. Honestly I only got this app because it was offering a free sandwich QR code and I've never tried Potbelly. Figured I could try for free before I spend money. But now the app crashes, even though I've restarted my phone, so I can't get to any perks. If they're even there. Last time they offered free sandwiches, they totally reneged on it before anyone could redeem them.
The latest update prevents me from opening my app on my Nexus 6. I summited an error report 48 hours ago, but it's not fixed yet... Fix it and my review will be "updated" too. ????
App crashes when opening after update so useless not wasting time reinstalling it, too many errors good sandwiches but a waste of time trying to use the app when it doesn't work

Didn't know they didn't deliver on Sundays. But ordered delivery anyways, it even allowed it. After realizing this, I called the store. They stated they would cancel the order and I could pick it up. The next day I realized they had charged me for the "canceled" order. Called and talk to a manager and was told they would refund me. We are 14 days since this happened and still no refund. Although management has been great to work with, I will not order off the app again!
Worst birthday entry ever! Seriously, you have to tap once to go back a month at a time starting at 1999?? Assume you were born in 1969. 30 years x 12 months = 360 taps just to get to the correct month and year! Epic fail by your programmers on this app!
Needs serious work. Birthday entrance one month at a time back? And you have to scroll through a list of every single location to set which store to order from? Who designed this thing? Fire them and get someone who knows how a UI is supposed to function. You should be able to set your location in your profile so you don't have to scroll through 100 stores not in your state to find yours, AND on that ridiculous list, they're not even sorted by state, entry next to Texas next to Ohio next to Illinois next to New York, etc. No excuse for this type of release in 2017.
How to not build a mobile app 101. Errors all over the place. Spent 10 minutes creating an entire order before the app tells you they don't deliver. Useless and a waste of my time.
It would have been nice for the app to let me know that it doesn't take orders after 2pm. Instead it charged my card then they tell me it will take 3-5 business days for reimbursement! SMH ...the app shouldn't allow you to order for delivery if it's pass the delivery timeframe to avoid unwanted charges.
Why is there no search option to set your location? I've scrolled through hundreds of locations, which is in no apparent order, and haven't been able to find my store. And then when I've paid in store and try to submit a comment about this, the app crashed.
The birthday entry is bad, but it's far from the worst part of this app. The worst aspect of this app is searching for the location to order. Instead of making it easy, you are given a list that's not even put in any order. There are so many locations that I had to scroll far far down and still couldn't find my location. What this app desperately needs is an overhaul in convenience. Make it easier to for us to FIND our location.
Placed an order for delivery. Waited 2 hours. Called the restaurant only to be informed they could no longer get the order to me because deliveries for the day stopped and it automatically moved my order to tomorrow. Cancelled the order. Still got charged. Think there should be a way to call customer service or chat with someone. You also should be told from the app if delivery is available or not. So people don't get charged and then have to wait 3-5 days for a refund.
Lousy app. Uninstalled. Gave up on entering bday because I had to scroll back more than 360 months. I'm not hitting the darn back key 360 times!!! Gave up on ordering a sandwich because it kept saying 'fix selection' with no way to know what was wrong!!! Uninstalled.
Love this app! Great way to grow our business. I work at Potbelly and this app even gets me to order more- the rewards and the convenience. While working at Starbucks for 7 years, I saw their app evolve and absolutely drive their business growth....so please take the negative comments seriously, that feed back is gold! I have had a positive experience with the app so far though :)
I don't understand why this got such bad reviews the app literally did everything the site says it offers. In my opinion top notch.
For some reason it keeps blinding me by making my screen go to max brightness when I go to different screens and start the app as well. Would love to see that fixed!

This app SUCKS! It won't tell you what the minimum order is, won't deliver after 2, doesn't work at all. Too bad, the foid is great!
So far, I have no isseues with the app. For all of those whining about the birthday entry, just click on year at the top and it lets you choose the year without scrolling month by month...
The arbitrary list of locations is absurd as stated in other reviews. Also, your order will take longer than if you had just gotten in line in person.
If you order via the app, you get to sit in the store for 45 minutes or more while everyone who walks in will get priority over your order.
"Order ahead" is pointless if they don't start making your order until you arrive.
Was a pain to do anything with this app, from date selection to ordering food, not very intuitive.
Cannot add any payment method. Keeps crashing or giving an error. Useless

So i downloaded the app/created an account during the free sandwich promo. The free sandwich was added to my perk page. Then the app stopped working-crashed on boot 100% of the time. Now that there was an update to the app i tried again. But now the free sandwich perk is gone having never gotten the chance to use it. Thanks for taking back the promo and headache.
