NATMAR Surveyor for Android
This is very bad app. First of all we need to login every time and after providing right credentials it is not login the app. It is the worst app I have used in my life.
Very pathetic while using this app it always shopping verifying version even though installed from play story. Lost many claims due to this app as it work once in 5 time
It was working excellent upto 21 Jan. 17. After accepting mobile system updates, not able to open this app.

Doesn't work at all. Just displays verifying version and crashes showing error message.
It only shows the pending survey for acceptance or rejection ..why it doesn't shows the previous survey for updation
poor maintenance of application. server is mostly down, it's very difficult to use.
Atleast dont copy the system of the other companies when u cant cope up with their technology advancement.. THUMBS DOWN TO SUCH INITIATIVES

Gud app but there is also an option of saving password for login anytime easily.
One surveyor got 10 claims in one day and most of surveyors don't get a single claim in a week . so seriously this is not fair. This software is fail. Sometimes you can't login and your claims goes to other surveyor in 15 mins.I think the developers who developed it thumbs down for them.
Very poor application most often it is working beyond satisfaction. Mismatching of SMS and mail timing. Some time show error
Well, it is a good app as compare to the procedure to be followed through website while accepting a job but, still more things may be added as we always have to write password and user ID. It does not keep logged in or does not remember the login password and ID. It should have a check box optional to remember the password and ID
App is good for quick acceptance but if any new survey is generated a new notification should flash on mobile so that we can get to know that surveyor havto accept.
Need more improvement like logged in system..because its difficult while driving to accept claim as there is already very less time to accept the claim..
whenever i sign in ,It shows Invalid user Id/password please help me to sort out this!!!
SMS intimation and reply through SMS will help, this app is a failed effort

Why cant we have 2 numbers per surveyor... In many towns of india there is network problems on some networks and we use 2 mobiles to get around this issue. I need the claims appointments to come on my phone and one in my office so that we dont miss out on claims Also one more problem is that that many times when we try to accept the claim from the app we get a error message. Then we have to except the claim from the website. The time allowed is too short to do such things. Either increase the time or please make the app bug free. Really bad app.
Need of the hour, Update and Up-gradation indeed needed. Good Going But Consideration SMS Confirmation is also will do more effective & comfortable for surveyors in lack poor net signals in some place and band width.

There should be an option for saving username and password or of continuous log in as it's very inconvenient to fill in the details every time.
No, This is not a proper develop soft ware for to day. While NIC try to continue ! After using proper ID & PASS WORD its takes more 40 minutes, u get only 20 mnts. Please be stopped, develop your S W and run

First week this system run good and survey work allotted rotation basis. from 17.01.2015 the survey work is going to only one surveyor on that day he got 7 surveys and the same was continued till today, please look in to this. In Bellary we are 4 surveyors But From 17.01.2015 to till day the MI survey job is going to only one surveyor the others not getting the claim intimation massage. kindly look in to this and do the needful.
Takes too long to open and the app download from play store when signing in, shows error in connection and shows try again later. If this thing continues the survey will be alloted to the other person within the time limit. Time limit given by system is too short and it is not possible every time to login and accept the claim due to poor internet connection and unavoidable circumstances . Please think over the system and do the necessary development .
Dear sir Almost town of India have a heavy traffic. And almost surveyors have their residence at least 5km radiaus. to cover 05km distance at least 1/2 hour will take.How can the surveyor notice your message in traffic. I observed that you have passed the deputation messages just after 14minute . which is very very less.Requested you rectify the system and give adequate time for acceptance the job. thanking you sir M.L.Sanatan Dhanbad

Once we received msg for survey we are getting for confirmation but system take too much time in between we received msg for refusal of survey so we are lossing our job so we request to u to update system
