When I tried to log in kept saying that it was invalid email address, then when I tried to register told that email address already existed. Can't log on to members account as I haven't got a members number. Went onto website and logged on, clicked to join kipling friends and site just kept taking me back to welcome page. Very frustrating have now uninstalled app from mobile & I pad.

I've just got 3 bags that I've purchase online. I downloaded the app to explore a bit more and I can not even login! My email is unknown! How come? it's a shame. I love kipling bags!

At first it was all in a foreign language and United Kingdom wasn't listed. So I went on Ireland instead and then the UK appeared! Then when I put my email address and password in its telling me my email is already linked with an account. So when I click on log in to my account and put my email address in there, its telling me invalid email address! Would really like to use this app as I love Kipling bags but its really not working properly. Shame, think I will have to uninstall.
