Too slow for emergency situation what's the point of this app if it's not going to work please fix otherwise uninstalling

Great app, works well once the correct information is keyed in.

xmeye wasn't working and i was very scared to see my dog in this moment and this app saved me.

When the app works it's good but most evenings we are unable to access any of our cctv camera images

doesn't work just shows error code11301

Major battery leak in android 6 on LG G4, only solved by closing from battery menu

Was working ok .but now when I go to look at the pictures I just get a black screen and everything seems to freeze any ideas

Won't let me play back..i select time and it jumps on an hour. Tried few options. It also takes forever to either load or just doesn't. Any other app out there??

Phone error rubbish will not show up on my phone waste of time, whole reason i bought them was so i could check while i was away.

It works well over WiFi but absolutely refuses to log-in over 4g/3g and displays 'time out' error 10005.

It's a really poor app. Customers are complaining, numerous attempts to log in, but it crashes. Won't log in, logs in comes up with errors or closes with errors ????

Always crashes when being opened for the second time. You then have to close the app and reload it. Besides that however, it's a good app and does what it's designed to do.

It keeps telling me I have the wrong code i have tried every thing including reloading app just won't let me in anybody have an answer for this please

basically never works. have to either delete device and re-add, restart app, restart phone, or a combination of all 3. not good for piece of mind while away.

Get quite a few connection errors although when it does eventually connect it works well in viewing live pictures. Trying to watch recorded footage however is seriously flawed though. Every time I select a time it jumps forward an hour, and no option of viewing at anything other than 1x means it's practically useless when trying to view any amount of time. No longer supported after April, yet the suggested replacement is just as buggy, if not worse!

It hardly ever works. Sometimes it is fine but 80% doesn't connect over the Web. It does work when on the same network as the cameras. Playback is nearly useless. Why spoil your brand with poor apps.?

OK I install adata kit and last time I updated this app it deleted all my sites so when I just read the "what's new" line and it states "Device list deletion during app update issue resolved" I updated it, guess what? Yep don't bother calling in for a prize of you guessed that it deleted all my friggin sites, absolutely rubbish app.

It is seriously heavy on battery even when switched off and reenables itself causing irritating batrery drain. Yet another camera app fron adata to download as an installer, i wish they developed an all in one app

I put my details in and scan the code. But it was saying it has already got name and device. So I try WiFi tab and still not worked. So I went to the device to put it and search button and it came up with my device but wrong password kept coming. So I reset it on my device in shop and tried. Still not working. So I logged out and waited about a minute and login and worked well and working . Works on tablet

Good when it works, which is rarely. Forever loading the stream. Whether I'm connecting through 4G or fast WiFi. Even when I try to connect via the same WiFi (fibre optic virgin media) connection times out. Worst part is this is a paid app. What the Frig is going on here?!

Worked fine at start. Now it takes ages to load if at all. Wont let me review footage or download and when it did at first it jumped accross time bar to a complete different time. Whats the point. Did work great at first though and was pleased.

Since it has been updated i cant use this sapp at all im very dissapointed it is a wadte of money now ... used to b a good app

Multiple cctv systems connected via this app. Easy set up. All working satisfactorily. No problems at all.

Worked for one week. Adata shows a new app but it's not on the app site.

I instalated the android app on my phone and it's not working .

Good to see what happening in my home.but some times its not working.

So bad keep freezing and have to restart the phone all the time.galaxy 6 edge.hate the app so far have 16 cameras at my premises and is a nightmare to work with this aap.fix asap please.and before you say is your Internet is not that, cos i have fibre optic .

no instructions on how to setup - want to get it working -but looks l'll have to try webchat for some help think this should be easy - but without any instructions or help etc its impossible crap app - so far

Qvis, you need to up your game, you quote 'gain peace of mind, always being connected' what a load of rubbish, be nice for the app to actually work, waste of money, part of the attraction was using an app but this is useless, you can't even use the features on it, very disappointed.

Now just freezes
