Cent m-passbook

Problems arising now and then. For the past few days app is not syncing my transactions. For a failed transaction, main amount credited back but the transaction charges has not been refunded. This is cheating. In the same situation, other bank apps have refunded the transaction charges also. You are cheating people.

Pathetic app. I guess this app was developed once apps came to existence and bank never bothered to check the performance. One can easily guess the current situation of a sinking ship named Central Bank of India. इसका तो भगवान ही मालिक

1. Unable to detect the network even good Wifi network is available. 2. Sync problems and unable to sync transactions. 3. Many a times, if we log in again, it says "device access error" and even there are some installation problens. Fix it ASAP and next time , check whether updatrs are proper.

Keep on asking CIF, etc but paper passbook doesn't contain any such details. It's UPI is also useless as it unable to send verification sms, asking to check sim settings... Couldn't make any cashless transaction till date...

In my phone Samsung Galaxy a7 when register with validet cif and reg phon no then show me some problm like- device access denied. Plz help me.

1. In version change it doesn't update the app on its own. Only checking there is version change I un installed and re installed. 2. After which it does not recognise the cif no....what a waste of time and effort. Services are bad so is the technology. Learn something from private banks ....

I have recently updated my le 1s to marshmallow and since then I can't use this app on my phone. Please, solve its compatibility issues.

Helpful to check the transactions done, but sometimes takes decades to login. Otherwise share feature and passbook are very handy.

Its not a useful one. Also not up to date. I deposited money on my account but its not showing it even after one week later.

After previous update the app was slow in synchronizing. But today it was completely dead pass book doesn't show any details of my account. Only transaction was shown to me once

No need to see passbook use m passbook to quickly access to your account.

Even after providing correct MPIN, it doesn't logs me in! It just says "Syncing for the first time, wait for 2 or 3 min". And then, after some times it shows "Connection timed out"!! Fix this ASAP!!?

In my phone when the install this app and my time came the opt code but every time this code was invited so how work this app tell me

As It Takes Too Long To Get Sign In & After Sign In It Doesn't Shows All Transactions & Working Very Slow So Disliked It... Then Please Make Necessary Update Available.

If anyone has more than one account, this app becomes unproductive. You can only login with one account. Multiple account access must be provided.

App is good but from last 2-3 day i m suffer from login problem... Once login then app will not show my accounts and then the msg will show that unfortunately app will not work.. please solve this problem

When I pay any bill by card I can instantly check my passbook for any fail or success. No need to go to bank, it display all linked deposit and loan account.

I have been trying to register my id to check the account balance. I am not able to register. Help with this thing.

Useful app and some improvement need to be done.In remarks it should clearly show the transaction details.useless admins no response from your side go to hell

I have been using it for quite a time in my moto G, it was flawless. But few days back I shifted to Yureka plus and now I can't register it back, every time when I enter otp received, it says invalid otp ....plz fix it

This app is not working on Samsung galaxy on next. It is showing message "device access error" and "connection timed out. Please try after sometime ".

It's ok, needs to improve more, there should be an option of edit in personal ledger section. However good app to get digital passbook.

After recent update the App has stopped working. It keeps syncing and inspite of good network it says no network. Pathetic service from a 100 year old bank.

Not being able to log in. Every time it says invalid OTP when the OTP is correct. Pl fix this problem.

cif and mob No sahi type karne par bhi log in nahi hota hai aur branch me puchhane par bank karmi bhi app access nahi kar pate hai, na hi koi santosh janak jawab dete hai. , please solve my problem.
