I have a fast wifi but I can't view my account. Always stating "Connection time out". Very annoying.

Can't enroll, wasted my load trying to connect to a rep.. Why can't it be active right on installing like other bank apps??

Your app is too slow. Other PH banks’ mobile banking are better but I need to use Unionbank so yeahhh... 3.

After I put my cellphone number 23 times and hit get an activation code... the message is always "Activation Failed" ha ha ha sayang naman! Nice try!

Cant open it. I always get a connectivity error when my internet is working just fine on other apps or sites.

Was still signing... Not accepting my phone number?! Why?! Di na nga convenient na walang atm (machines) sa mall na pwede makpag widthraw na walay deduction na fee. Pls. Help me out with this. And pls whoever reading this mag dagdag naman kayo ng atm sa malls o kung saan maraming tao dito sa davao certain places are too far to go to just to get money without hassle and charges.

I cant get the Mpin i called phone bankers to register online but i dont have the mobile pin..it really sucks..why should i need to call back again to get that pin..its a waste of time,my load and my effort

Just simply call the customer service of unionbank to make it activated just search the no of unionbank in google thats it . Some of u just complain without asking stupidity is everywhere asking is not prohibited

Love how I'm able to check my balance, transfer funds, pay my bills anytime! 5 stars when we can include credit card transactions too!

I like the idea that I can check my account anytime and anywhere. After I submitted my Umobile form at the nearest branch, I received my Umobile activation code after 2 days. The activation was easy and fast. I like the app! It doesn't have lots of options though. But i still like the simplicity.

Tried activating the app a couple of times. Will get confirmation via sms and email but app got stuck in please wait and nothing happens. Still asking to activate. MPIN will change but the app shows the same page.

It is 100% easier to request a new application via union bank's branch. Just fill up the umobile form and present a valid ID within 2 daya you'll get an email and text confirmation. I gave up on trying to register this myself honestly I waited over 2 months but deicded to ask the branch and they were very helpful.

How long do i have to wait for my account confirmation? Is that really necessary? Took me just 5mins to use my bpi app after downloading it

Is it necessary to submit Request or Application before you enroll to this App? so what's the use of this app if you cannot proceed to register here? I tried to input my Mobile number to receive activation code but keep on saying Invalid number..

Failed E-load transactions were debited. Had to call customer care and waited 2 days before it was corrected. This is a good app though so pls. fix it.

On the first use, very poor! I already updated my account via unionbank branch & via customer service support. But still this app cannot log me in.

Sayang naman pag eenroll ko sa umobile di nman magamit ung app laging no connectivity daw pati official website di maka log in... Nakita ko mga reviews dito panay reklamo di man lang nirereplyan.. parang walang pakialam ang bangko... Nu ba yan ha?

Please redesign the UI/UX of the app.

Why is it saying I have entered an invalid number or I have provided a wrong one when its an active number. What's a U mobile that is being asked anyway? You lack mechanics or rules on how to use the app. It should've been better if its easy to use and very convenient. I mean, there's no process given. It sucks.

Only works via wifi not on cellular data. Don't tell me i have poor connection, I can watch youtube even on 3G

I just really hated this app. App worked just once. After clearing cache and relaunching app, it stopped updating my balance. I already uninstalled/reinstalled but still doesn't help! same account balance. No updates for account transactions. It can't even detect my mobile data connection. This doesn't help us. And you don't even have updates for your ebanking registration. I hate calling customer care so please fix this.

I will rate 5 stars if itbis possible to use a different number or there is a way to change the number assigned online without visiting the branch to change the number. It is incovenient for me. I changed my number for personal reason and i can no.longer open the app using a different number.

I just downloaded your app to check my account. So far its been 30min and the app still wont open. Looking at the UX/UI of your app via the brochure it is also clear that app developer did not put much thought in the User Experience or Design. I come from the Tech Industry i hope you guys know that your app developer clearly has no experience in designing this app.

Well I found it hard to register bec it kept on saying that my activation code has expired, but after a few tries, I was able to register successfully. I really like the Buy Load feature. I can setup a business using this app! :)

I got discouraged by the comments for this app.. But why not give it a shot. Called the hotline &after 2 days, I received an email to activate the app (though the agent told me it will be through SMS). I already have the app before I called the hotline & when I received the go signal, I immediately tried activating the app. I received the email about the activation but I'm not getting any pin to my number. Tried twice.. Then tried uninstalling then reinstalled.. And it Worked! Even faster than my BDO app.

Unionbank have a reputation of not informing their users. Like what happened lately, i have been using a user id and password and they worked before but after upgrading their system i am locked out. They didn't bother informing me to change my login details.

loved it before... but now i cant even open d app.. connectivity error my ass.. stupid app.. lamest developer ever born ... Update.. As of 10/11 its working fine

Umobile users cannot transfer through mobile banking because we still need to enroll the other accounts. And yet, there's no menu in enrolling other accounts. What if you just remove the enrolling of other accounts just like any other mobile banking app.?!

For phone loading - how about querying service status before asking for # and load? And for the interface - side-swipeable and material?

I just came here for this. I can pay online international transaction with unionbank and this app helps a lot in cheking the history. Change your phone for those giving bad reviews. I dont have any problems with iOS either. Great job!!!

Why I'm un ablr to log in to my account? It says the user ID is not valid. How come? It's my first time opening it. And I already sent an email regarding this?

I only received the default MPIN. Please communicate with the network for me to receive activation code as well. Thanks

Downloaded July 5th. Uninstalling by July 8th since it is not working. Keeps on saying there is system maintenance. Crappy app.
