Don't like that I don't have the option to pay for my order on your app. A rep has to call and give them a payment over the phone or they won't start order until I show up and pay it. Your app also gives of eta of order being ready of 17 min. So that's also incorrect because u wouldn't start order until I pay it at your store. Please correct that. I was able to pay on your app or pay at store and my order would be ready as soon as I arrived

We really like the wings here the low rate is because the customer service... yesterday we place in order wings was good but we was missing some wings we pay 4.99 for 5 extra wings... I call the wm. Cannon location Aliza the cashier told me will transfer my call to the manager sadly the manager never answer the phone... really disappointing...

I love how you can save previous orders. We eat here often so it saves time when reordering. The wings are always delicious (especially when they have the larger ones) and the customer service is great!

Good app-ordering system. The most convenient part of the system is that it eliminates any communication errors that can happen over the phone (you basically get what you order) Allow locations and it automatically finds the closest one to you. Ordering system is intuitive enough for you to do it on your own, plus it lists options I didn't know were there. It even remembers your orders to make reordering one step closer towards obesity. It's an excellent idea that was executed well.

While I appreciate the special offers within the app, pre-ordering does not mean that food will be ready when you arrive at the store. I ordered wings to be ready at 5:30, I consulted the app at 5:15 to see that my wings were "in progress" and again at 5:30 to see that my order was "completed" Upon arriving at the store, the wings had not been started and I was required to pay before they would begin the order. So, besides the special offers, the app is worthless as is the customer service.

The French fries are terrible. I requested for a reason that the fries be cooked extra crispy, because I assumed that if I didn't the fries would be cooked like oven baked fries, and they were cooked as though they were oven baked, not fried. Other than that it's been very good ordering the wings, etc.

This app really does come in handy, but I wish that we would be able to customize our order as if we were in the store. For example, I just ordered 20 wings which requires 2 flavors. I really wanted 3, but the app wouldn't let me. The store allows you for extra flavors or extra wings at an extra cost.

You just lost a customer due to your terrible app. Tried playing an order that totaled $27.00 and the only option available was paying directly at the restaurant. Selected the continue option and was given a prompt that the store that I tried ordering from won't accept orders over $24.99 without prepaying from the app which is understandable. So I went back a couple of screens and the only option still available is paying at the restaurant. The option to prepay on the app is totally non-existent. I'm not sure what diploma mill you got your "programmers" from but I'm done. There are many more options available in my area that aren't afraid of money.

So i stay 35 mins away from this wingstop. Didn't realize my order was wrong until i arrived at the house cause i thought i seen two order of fries in the bag. But it wasn't. I called them to let them know and basically he told me I was asse out if I didnt come right back now. Like can you comp me cause I do work in Brier Creek and is there here every day. And the answer was no cause i order through the app. I will not be returning. Enjoy y'all free money you got from me. I never had a problem with them until today. Wow

Very good app but wing stop needs to sort the food in the bag better. Wings were leaking the sauce and when I got the bag whole thing ripped, wings and fries fell out of their boxes.

Seems like a lot of people are reviewing this app on a store by store basis. This is a great convenient app and I use it frequently. My only complaint is that there never was an option for the brazilian citrus flavor boneless wings.

The old version was awful, but I just downloaded this new version and it's so much better! Very easy to use, clean and simple ordering. Thank you for updating it!

Easy to use BUT SLOW SERVICE. Waited 40 minutes for my wings. Restaurant had 14 customers no excuse for such turttle aervice!

This is my favorite restaurant! I eat here several times a week, and the app is easy to use and I have had zero issues with orders being correct.

I love wingstop but they just have gotten a little steep for wings I mean damn first the combo with 10 piece was 10 and some change now it's 12 and with tax it 13.99 by the time someone else put they order in you looking at 35 to 45 dollies for two people to eat smfh it's good but high as hell????????????????

Asked for fry seasoning and employee just poured salt (and lots of it) on my fries when i told him that was not the fry seasoning he said he worked there and he was right.. Ugh never again ????

Got a simple 10 piece boneless wings mixed flavor of mango habanero and garlic parmesan, with blue cheese sauce and honey mustard, get my order, it's all mango habanero,only get honey mustard sauce and get shorted on wings, not a complicated order so I'll have to stick with dominoes from now on

just wish they still had pay online available instead of pay ay store otherwise one of my fave places to get wings from

You used to be able to order extra crispy and drums only by the app, with the update it is no longer an option. Neither is extra crispy fries.

Needs a comment field when placing order. I can't add a side of mild sauce when I order my wings and can't always remember to tell them when I go pick it up.

I was charged 5 times for one transaction. Dont buy through this app. I am trying to fix things with my bank what a hige problem!

One of the few restaurant apps that let you pick pay at store. A pay ahead option would be nice for other people, but I love paying at store. Unfortunately, there aren't any discounts or deals for using the app.

App is great. My only complaint is that there is no "reward" program for frequent customers.

Works. Wish I could change item quantities on some things, but otherwise good app

Love this app and the store I go to. I order through the app and when I walk into the store she already knows what I am there for. No lines, No waiting!!

If an item on the menu changes the way it's entered in the system, it wipes out your history and favorites.

Love the app. More convenient than calling the store. Hopefully add new specials soon and flavors and add rolls to wing family packs

They took away the "order by piece " option. They pretty much force you to order a combo

I love the app but wish the ready time would be more accurate. It seems to be significantly off regardless of the location i order from.

Waste of time! Clears order as soon as you want to check out! Update 2018... The Wing Stop that I am actually sitting in is not located on this app.

They don't have hot lemon pepper on the sauce choices when choosin your flavor, come on y'all needa fix that baby

Try to order by the piece but it makes me select a side dish and won't allow me to continue without selecting a side. What's that about? I'll be uninstalling.

Placed an order @ 11:25am for 12 pick up. Arrived 15 minutes past and still wasn't ready. An hour for a wing order is to long. Second and last time placing a order

I love this place. The wings have a good flavor and the people are too kind. I love going to Wingstop. I visit here at least once or twice a week. My favorite flavor is Louisiana Rub.

They should offer coupons tho! Everything else is great, just 40 bucks for me and my wife! Come on now, it's just chicken. Lol

It's lame that you can't pay in the app.
