SuperShuttle

This app does not work. I installed it and signed up. It tells me there is a data error and to try later. I uninstalled it restarted my phone. Reinstall and the same issue. I booked through the internet instead from my phone and it went through fine. Check your data connection mine is fine. Poorly written and useless. App is now online and working! I did receive a quick response from the developer, and I attempted to provide a screen capture, but suddenly after four attempt and the poor rating it works. I am grateful someone is paying attention . so I am increasing my rating. Thank you for being responsiveness!

the app shows me nothing about my trip by saying I have no trips scheduled. Obviously I cannot track my shuttle or make changes if it denies that I have a trip.

Difficult to use, and when I had a ride (3486331), the app said that I "had no rides." I will uninstall the app and just make phone calls. It was annoying that I was given an 800 number to call when I arrived at the airport. Then, the operator at the 800 number had to "forward my call to dispatch." Then, I was forwarded to my driver. The "ExecuCar" experience was not pleasant.

Simple, easy to book a ride, pay & tip, and locate & communicate with your driver. I wish other apps were as straightforward and well-designed.

Everything works great except when I click on the manage my ride button, but I never really needed to use it

The app enabled me to track the van location before van arrived and I could contact the driver via the app. I can see the other stops for the shared ride. Driver arrived on time. Great experience. Highly recommend using the app. Only problem I had was to input the pickup location on my mobile phone. I was not able to type in the address for pickup. Must use their map and move the spot for pick up. I could only get a location that was two houses away. But you can type in pick up location via suppershuttle website on a computer.

Latest update is not working for me. When I get off my plane I try to make a reservation to ride now and it says no rides are available. I have even tried to book several hours out with no luck. Previous version worked much better. I have submitted support request with no response.

Use the app. Easy to use; takes out ALL the guesswork. Rate, vehicle type, pick-up time. You can't make it any easier! Highly recommend!

Awesome!! Easy to use. First time with SS. I am so impressed. No need to worry with this service. They haven't been in business for 30 yrs because they are an average service. I will definitely be using SS again.

Awesome, driver was a few minutes early even though it was 4:30 in the morning. Great personality and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare

No way to add a trip booked by a travel agent so end up having to call for trip confirmation.

This app has consistently worked well for me to provide high quality ground transportation to and from the airport.
