Carla - Rent a car comparing car rental companies

This app is great, actually got a lower price than my own booking...Laura is great

We booked an SUV through Carla, then the day before picking it up they told us the car was not available and they could only give us a small hatchback. This absolutely ruined our holiday as we needed an SUV for the whole family so we had to cancel our holiday. And now we have asked for our $50 deposit back and they have stopped responding to our emails!?? For a service they overbooked and forced us to cancel now they wont refund us. Seems like a fraudulent company, will tell friends and family to stay away. I would like Carla to get into contact with me and refund the deposit otherwise I will be contacting the ACCC, and write a review on how we were treated to review websites and facebook pages. Very unhappy with the service and the family is upset our holiday is cancelled.

i made a reservation, but i had to cancel it soon for some reason. but i couldnt. in my android app there was no reservation cancel tap. next day i cancelled it with iphone which is my friend's phone. but it was less than 48 hours in advance of rental so i lost my money.

This app is so off from what I found on online, that I'm literally spending more time writing a review then trying to do another search. I'm doing this for ppl reading the reviews so they can save their time and data charges. I looked up a car rental for less then 10hrs. Asheville NC to Atlanta GA, online prices started at $72 plus tax which came out to about $100 and that was all rental companies comparison. Using this app they said for the same rental companies $225 lowest $$$ lmao waaaaaaaaaay off

The app has the best car rental deals. I saved over $150 renting an economy car at Miami Airport.

I paid $345 less on a minivan rental at Los Angeles Airport. :)

Really an amazing App, easy to use, prices are very much affordable and most importantly service provided by them is above the rest of others.
