Harvey Norman Click & Collect

Asks for a tracking number to be entered from email - only an order number was sent. Obviously won't recognise order number and without anything else to enter, can't use the app. Would've been better off going in-store. What a waste of time.

What a P.O.S. Enter tracking number page doesn't have a submit button, sure, I'll use my keyboard, then sit there for 10 minutes while the app doesn't find my order. Another failed attempt by Gerry and his rabble to move into the digital age. F this retailer. Can't wait for the arrival of Amazon.

It appears that even after you download and creat an account this software is designed to make sure that it is impossible to "CHAT" and inquire after an order. Messages such as invalid email address, connection lost .... when you HAVE a valid email address and ARE connected! Checking the status of an order is OK but trying to chat with these people is nigh near impossible. Have succeeded once!!!! So much for their customer service!

I entered my tracking number from my received email. I press the next button on the keypad and nothing happens but a continuous search. Wasted to much of my day trying to get to the next step with the unfinished app

Not a great app. But in saying that, if I need to buy online for some reason or another I do that and head straight to the store, see my guy and take my stuff. So, I can't knock the customee service of some staff. Exceptional.

Just hangs, enter tracking number and nothing happens. Just a round loopy continuously. Not worth the space. Time will tell if their actual service of pay online, pickup in store is worth it too.

Nice idea, but doesn't work. After entering a tracking number, the app just hangs with a progress spinner—restart the app and the tracking number is lost.

Awful. Enter your tracking number and a continuous loop of search. How is this still available for download?

I put my tracking number and it brings up the order, then it tells me 'something has changed' in my order and it cant track it. Absolute rubbish

Don't even bother the app doesn't load properly and their click and collect is definitely not up to standard, it took me to follow it up a week and a half after the order for them to bother processing it even though the site said the item was in stock

Terrible app stopped tracking when cust service and the store couldn't tell me what had happened to my order. Took over a week to transfer to a store.

No order details only Something's not right what a Joke and I still haven't got the item nearly two weeks now with that message Something's not right, with the app that is.

Have tried to install and reinstall a few times, but it has never gone past the spinning wheel after I enter my tracking code. Pretty useless given that is is main purpose.

Crappy app. The tracking numbers don't work.

Absolute rubbish. Takes forever to connect and sometimes states that there is no internet connection when it is connected to my home wifi. Just terrible.

Doesn't work 20 mins of spinning circle. Rang store and they couldn't work with tracking # . Why bother !!

Thought because other reviews were about 8mths old that they would have fixed any issues. THEY HAVE NOT! No tracking number is given in confirmation email and order number does not work. This app is rubbish.

Overly zealous permissions are clearly there to extract information about customers and track customer themselves. App itself is completely useless as it gives no information about an order you're not already getting from email anyway. This is just a sly way to try to track customers with Bluetooth beacons and cellular pings. Creepy and overstepping. Should be illegal and shouldn't exist on Google play. Don't download this app.

Same problem as everyone else app does not work why point customers here to check on orders when app does not work. Click and collect orders should be processed and ready in a day.

Useless app. It doesn't makes sense if you want to track and collect the items on your selected store, if is ready for pick up.

Why negative ppl, worked great for me. Put in the code from email, found it straight away. Order went throught to store and was ready for pickup within the hour. Great app.

It doesn't load. Just splash screen and sits there forever loading. Scrap this version and start again.

Took 5 minutes waiting for the app to search for my order but nothing comes up. Maybe you should optimise your app code to reduce processing time.

app simply doesn't work, entering a tracking number causes endless waiting, and the sheer number of permissions it requests are mind boggling.

Packing status sounds like the item is in the shop and you are going to get it soon - in reality it means nothing

A little too simple. It would be better to have the option of tracking multople orders.

It works. Notifications when your order is being packed, ready for collection, and post collection feedback. Seamless. No ads, no other rubbish.
