So Poor Ekyc cause many times kyc doesn't work. When customers fingerprint 2 nd time its goes to first submission payment options not working app stopped working. Lort of bugs fix it.

This version is not work properly. New activation isn't work , in last stage of activation when customer data submitted , shows unfortunately Vodafone connect has been stoped. Please solve this problem immediately.

Only 1 time Agent and customer Thumb print scan in simex if not scan properly then again scan option not show. then again start the process this is very big issue. if retailer Thumb print scan but customer thumb print not scan properly then again start process.kindly changes this thumb print scan option.recently same app Again and again option showing of thumb print scan of retailer and cust if not scaning properly so take a chance fo again scan customer thumb print.kindly solve thiss issue.i hope next updation this issue will be resolved.

App ko hi delete kyu nhi kar dete roj roj pareshan karte ho.. na toh thik se chalti hai.. errors hi deti rehti hai..Kuch Achha Karo..Kya bura sun'ne ki aadat pad gyi hai aapko..

Bar code scanner is not working at all, everytime you to enter the No. and sim no. manually. Add adhar card QR code scanner too just like Aircel.. and app is not working in KitKat (FC just before FRC pop up)

App bahut slow h yr.. Recharge options to bahut hi slow chal raha h. Na hi number sahi se typ ho rahe h.. Na hi sahi se recharge ho raha h... Bahut poor app h

Daily updates kar ke retailers ka dimag kharab kar rahe ho. Jo update karna h ek Baar me kar do na har roj 10minute waste kar dete ho.

4G network available but sync failed again and again , other applications and browser downloading 1-2 Mbps work perfectly, pls solve this .

This is very poor app it not work and it always asked for enter activation code registration failed invalid authentication.

Airtel mithra is very good and very fast, Vodafone connect totally waste always hanging, activation not working properly, unfortunately app stopped, recharge entering numbers very slowly.

So poor new update that a customer has to wait for an hour to get new sim activated and at last after waiting for such a long time no sim could activate..... Sometimes finger prints matches after 5attempt s

VODAFONE connect app from new recharging option added is so messy and outdated compared to others Airtel idea and even docomo . I suggest to change the look and modify it to user friendly with bugs free after every recharging we have to log out and login Also cannot paste customer no. Please give us update fast if ur team agreed
