MGL Connect for Android
BP number given on Bill is 8 digit and registration form rejects it as it is not 10 digit. Very beurocratic - Expects us to pay by check, fill counterfoil etc. Terrible State of maturity. Just not keeping Business practices upto date. All officers are from Govt. That is the reason. They need to be kicked first. It is better They handover to TCS or Infosys or the likes.
Either the developers are to be blamed or MGL servers. After logging in the app, I can't upload meter reading because the app says " Invaild BP no or CA no or wrong password ". Worst part, the app gives an error message if I try to lodge a complaint or give feedback.
This app is hopeless. It never works properly or never opens also. MGL should do the needful to update it for errors.
Everytime I try to pay the bill Via Paytm , it shows unable to process try again later. I don't want to use Jio money for online payment, as it is advertised on the bill.
It's d worst app. Can't make payments. Can't submit queries. Basically the worst app I have come across. PLEASE DON'T DOWNLOAD IT. IT'S WORTHLESS.
Third class application don't know why people wasted so much time making this app. Can't upload meter reading can't write complaints..plz close this application
Continues error submitting meter reading or any other complaints looks like no support for app available as there is no one to rectify errors.
Third class app. Even if one is logged in to the app it shows wrong CA number when uploading the meter reading. If you want to submit feedback then it says failure to submit feedback. What the hell is the use of this app then? Ridiculous!!
The app worked initially but past 2 months keep getting server error / connection error although the same login credentials work fine on their website.
Very poor app, to send reading now not possible via app. It says send via complain section... but not possible pl have a check.

Can't upload Meter reading every month and every time msg appear that can't connect server
It looks like mahanagar has not paying to developers. Thats why put a bug. Even Google is not reviewing properly.
Can not upload photo and update meter reading.

It supports only Mumbai customers.

The credentials with which I login on the desktop application, is not accepted and it gives error INCORRECT USERNAME AND PASSWORD. CORRECT THIS OB PRIORITY
Not able to submit reading. We have no idea what is MGLs meter reading cycle but whenever we try to upload the meter reading it shows a meter reading cycle of June and redirects to complaint section. So many people have said the same thing but no response from MGL. No idea on what basis MGL is charging us without even the meter reading.

The 'Station Locator' feature keeps asking for GPS even after it was switched on.

No response from development team of failure to submit meter reading. Other options to submit meter reading is not available. Always showing invalid credentials error. Unable to send feedback from app.
The app is fine however when I raised a complaint it gave a docket number and after 3 days the docket number and the complaint has disappeared. Not sure if it is app error or has some one deliberately deleted it
Meter reading screen launched is different from that shown in screenshot. Also meter reading cannot be uploaded, tried thrice, got submission failure message.
Help me for connection updation. I have tried a lot for submission of my connection with details Bp/.CA no. says email/password incorrect

"Worst App !!!" I trusted too much in you. You are not going to reply as you have not yet replied to any one I got up update message. I did it. Now I can not log in. BP Or CA number is wrong Or email id or Captcha is Wrong. People are not fool. Same messages on your site. Its a wonder. Thanks For Your Cooperation.
It always gives a pop up- Failure submitting complaint. You just cannot submit your meter reading. Their executives purposely come during weekdays at office hours and puy a sticker to send reading. This saves them from their work.
Continuous server error & no response by MGL on error emailed to them via website. Even after logging in... Upon taking meter snap shot, gives CA/BP number error...
Excellent app to know your bill, payment information and registerng complaint. You can upload the photo of accurate reading. No average billing. Paid bill is updated after a week. It should reflect immediately or next day.
I've forgot to send meter reading this time in app. When I tried to upload reading a msg displayed saying please log out and submit your reading through complaint section . But I am not able to submit my reading under complaint section. One message keep on displaying "failure submitting complaint". Please give me a resolution

Not able to submit meter reading. Redirecting to complaint section. App needs some development on this issue. Or proper directions need to be given to user.
