Love the idea of not having to carry around my loyalty cards but this app never worked. I'very constantly had to lie to people at the checkout telling them that it usually works and I don't know why it's not working today and would they mind writing in the card number... uninstalling today as I found a new app to try

Tried and confirmed to be working in Belgium in the following stores: - Carrefour - Colruyt - Orchestra - Panos - Lunchgarden - Delhaize - Makro - Albert Heijn. The cashier was very reluctant to scan my S4 when she saw me taking out my phone to scan my Makro-card, but when I implored her to give it a try she was unbelievably astonished :-) Same at Panos and Albert Heijn. Cashier said seldom to have scanned digital cards succesfully. Top notch software, a real advancement.

I wanted a way to put all my plastic cards on my phone. Not all cards are for scanning. The interface is no longer intuitive. There's no easy way to view the cards, it's just a thumbnail where before it could be full screen, and you have to look carefully to see the number. It would be nice to use this app to store cards, to look full screen at the front of the card, and then flip it back to see the other info on the back of the card. It used to be like that, but now, I'll look for another app.

Recently upgraded my Samsung S4 to am S7. No complaints on the barcode scanner. Best one that I've found. But while I didn't use it that often, I no longer have any coupon offers. Is it just that there's nothing available locally (or nationally in Canada)?

I understand that you can make it through the widgets, but the app should have those instructions IN the app itself. It's not even in the help section. If you're not familiar with your phone, you'd probably not even see the widget or that you could make shortcuts to the home screen.

This is my favorite app in a long time. I love being able to go into the gym and scan my phone instead fumbling through 20 different cards. Everyone tried to figure out how I do that. It's a great app and works so well with Android pay.

Recent makeover doesn't work. Barcodes no longer recognised. Failed (where it used to work) at Tesco, co-op, Sainsbury - haven't tried anywhere else. Possibly because they're now smaller. Please advise.

I was so excited and enthusiastic about this app after I used it for the first time "it works!" I thought. Well, I have tried it in different shops ever since and it's only worked 3 out of 5 times. So in Belgium, it works in Delhaize, Decathlon and Bio Planet. It doesn't work in Origin'O and Albert Heijn...

Worried perfectly every time when scanning barcodes on my Galaxy S4, but after having upgraded to a Nexus 6P it no longer scanned barcodes successfully. Still good for storing images and numbers of all my cards, but the scanning issue has dropped it from a 5 Star rating to a 3 star rating.

Was a good app...I had to uninstall several apps. After re-installing this app and logging in, my cards do not show up. I thought they were automatically backed up, and when you signed in they were there...Linked to your log in account. But they are not. Emailed, waiting for a reply.

Very usefull and can be protected. The different barcode forms really helps a lot. I would give it 5 stars if beep n go can be connected to samsung gear watch. So we don't need to open up our phone, instead, just show it on the watch.

Please revert the main home screen back to small icons as it's very annoying to have to scroll through a GIANT list because the cards are too big ... or at least give the customer the option for large or small icons ... I will change my rating when corrected

Good app but for some reason on my S7 the Counter Scanners DO NOT work yet the Hand Scanners DO and on my S5 the Counter Scanners DO work but the Hand Scanners DO NOT. I have been in contact with the delevopers and have done what they asked (cleared the data and cache on both the Beep 'n Go app as well as the Beaming Service) which got my S7, that wasn't working at all before, working on the Hand Scanners... Would be really nice if someone could look into this.

I have tried other apps...this is the only one that works....everywhere. Just what I needed! Now I don't have to carry around all my cards and my purse feels so much lighter!! Many thanks! Better than Stocard and UgoWallet

Once you put in the barcode, you can't edit it. You have to delete the whole card because it can't edit the barcode. I have put in a lot of effort to search on Google for the logo of a card because I don't want to take an ugly photo of it and then bam! It doesn't work at the store. I realised that i have put in a wrong barcode so i tried to edit it but nope. You can edit that photo but not the barcode :(

The card functions of this app work well enough, but many apps out there have this ability - where this one shined was in the unique offers provided. But for most of the year, we haven't been getting offers anymore; maybe it's a Canadian thing, but my inquires haven't yielded any answers. I'd hoped that this update addressed this glaring flaw, but alas, there is still nothing. [EDIT: Reduced a further star since in 4 months the devs have done nothing to fix it.]

Didn't even enter anything in the app, and then suddenly it's spamming my notification bar with crap ads. Spamware for sure. Uninstalled and 1 starred appropriately.

still not working every time on the samsung galaxy s7 edge. it has been months now of sporadic working. im now considering ditching and changing to a Pixel as this is the only reason i have this phone. your suggestion of switching to landscape mode works sometimes to fix this...but most times it doesn't. Same with the delete data fix. I have contacted you several times for advice - still not working. Sad as it was perfect on old phones.

Used to log in with Facebook, but after changing my e-mail address, I can't log into this app anymore. Tried and did all the steps offered by Mobeam, to go around this issue, but didn't work. All my card are stored on the account which I used to "log in", with Facebook account. Need some sort of fix, or be able to get my cards back to move them to another account. Waiting a feedback. Thanks!

App was working great until I accidentally logged out. When I try to log in now it says I have no internet connection. Same thing on another phone. Google Pixel XL and Samsung Galaxy S4.

app works flawlessly! used it on my note 5 and when I switched too note 7 all my cards where thier! perfect!

This app worked flawlessly on Samsung S4, at every store I used it. Now use Moto G4 Plus and the app fails every scan attempt, no matter the store. Even those shops where previous phone and app worked 100%. Guessing higher resolution screens or glass quality not necessarily better for all app functionality. Disappointed.

App worked really well with Samsung S4. I Have a Huawei P9 , when using card with the barcodes, the screen is a maximum brightness, blindingly bright. None of this shop scanners work with it. I have to keep my loyalty cards with me still.

All of a sudden, all my cards are gone and replaced with cards that aren't even mine but my email address is the same. Glitch? Or hack? All my loyalty cards and gift cards are gone! Please fix!

Not sure what happened but all of the sudden my gym membership stopped scanning. The physical card still works, no changes to the phone... before I would have given 4.5 stars

I honestly don't know what I did before I got this app. My phone came with it installed and I never used it for months. After yet another day of my purse being unable to close due to huge volumes of store cards, I decided to give it a whirl and iv never looked back. Now my purse has money in it rather than plastic. Unfortunately any store cards that still use a chip (Boots) or electronic strip can't be used with this app only cards with barcodes but everything else is great.

This is a great idea but it does not scan on flatbed scanners. Not sure if it's a reflection issue with all the glass or not but it does work with handheld scanners. Unfortunately not many laces have these available for customers.

Used to work great when I had my Samsung Galaxy phone. Now that I have the Google Pixel phone it doesn't work as well. Specifically for my "Blink" fitness club card it no longer scans at the front desk. Please try to fix!

Since getting my Galaxy S7 edge it has completely stopped working. I've tried setting up from scratch but still nothing scans.

My wallet size has reduced to half thanks to this app. Not supported by majority of cards in the UK but still very helpful. Love the feature when it reminds me of using my card at specific locations. The recent update of going straight to barcode is very helpful too. Thanks

This app is great I use it all the time. It works really well and I have never run into any problems. I would rate it 5 stars if it had vouchers that could be used in the UK.

This still does not work on the s7 even with the suggestions from support of clearing the cache. The support team are hopeless at answering questions from the in app help. I waited from the 4th of July until the 26th for an answer, i responded on the 26th of July and it's now almost a month later and still no reply from support.

My S7 was rooted, but after I realized that the pulse meter function is not working anymore in S Health, I unrooted my phone. Knox is tripped, but in this unrooted stage, S Health is working again. But the scanners does not recognize any barcodes now. I can see with another camera that the infrared LED is "doing something" on the front of S7. Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

Great idea, just doesn't work with scanners in most shops. Think it's more to do with the shops than the app, but still makes the app worthless.

Doesn't seem to have a lot of the everyday cards in Australia eg: Fly Buys, RACV etc. I am aware that I can manually add these cards if need be, but just disappointing that I have to and that it seems to only cater to mostly US and other countries from what I can see. Especially as apps such as Stocard have these on file and so easily entered also, Beep'n'Go will be at a major disadvantage when it comes to download numbers potentially.

This app is so easy to use and I don't carry any loyalty cards any more. The widgets make it even easier.. Fast and reliable. Don't hesitate to get this.

I love this app.. makes me looks so cool when checking out to pay.. and its FREE, my man.. you gave a very good apps for nothing.. loved it!

Basically it's just a loyalty card wallet. There doesn't seem to be any offers after the latest update. Haven't tried the barcode scanner yet, will update rating accordingly.
