Groupama’nın akıllı telefonlar üzerinden sağladığı Groupama Mobil Yardım uygulamasını seçtiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz. Bu platformu kullanarak Groupama müşterilerine IOS, Android ve Blackberry mobile ağında kesintisiz ve en yüksek kalitede mobil hizmetler verilmektedir.

Groupama Mobil Yardım uygulaması ile Yol Yardım, hizmeti kapsamında tek tuşla asistans hizmetlerinden (çekici, kurtarıcı, kiralık araç, otel konaklama, ulaşım vb) yararlanabilirsiniz.

Ayrıca uygulamanın diğer hizmetleri arasında yeralan etrafımda neler var, takvim, ilk yardım, sık kullanılan numaralar bölümünden faydalanabilir,fazlası bölümünde hasar dosya sorgulamadan en yakın acente bilgilerine kadar bilgiye anında ulaşabilirsiniz.

Bu gibi hizmetlerden yararlanmak için ise Groupama’dan aktif bir poliçe sahibi olmanız yeterlidir. Asistans hizmetlerinden ücretsiz yararlanabilmek için yürürlükte olan, asistans teminatlı, kasko /trafik poliçesine sahip olmak ve o poliçede yazan kapsam koşullarında ücretsiz hizmet alımı geçerlidir.

Groupama Mobil Yardım üzerinden yol yardım hizmetine ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda; konumunuz GPS ile tespit ederek araç bilgileriniz, kasko / sigorta bilgileriniz ve kişisel bilgileriniz anında sisteme iletilmektedir. Böylece saniyeler içinde ilgili çağrı merkezimiz sizinle iletişime geçerek, hiçbir bilgi alımına yada adres tarifine gerek kalmadan tamamıyla elektronik ortamda saniyeler içerisinde size en kısa sürede gerekli yardımı ve hizmeti ulaştırır.
