This app is Mail-merge-meets-contacts. That's pretty useful. Just about everyone responds to a text message with their name in it. The developer contacted me back when I submitted feedback. That is awesome. The developer has also continued to update the application to make it more useful and fix the quirks that are reported. Update August 2012 This app gets better all the time great developers. 4/27/16. 4 years later still using this app. Handy to have uses Google Groups, so I don't need to rebuild. UPDATE: I bragged too much! It doesn't work with 7.0 Nugget or greater, hadn't been updated. Please update Us consider purchasing it again. The last $2.50 purchase was good for around 5 phones and 5 years.

Will not send to all contacts in a group with one click. It fails and then you have to hit resend over and over. Emailed the developer with no response. If that issue was fixed app would be back to 4 or 5 stars.

I send sms to a group of 262 people all at once, but took an hour to do so. The message 'Group SMS pro is sending a large no of sms messages. Do you want to allow this app to continue sending messages.' (Allow or Deny)is a menace as it keeps on popping up every time a message is sent. Good app if it was fast.

I cannot create group SMS. I am cheated. Just like many of the users who made review on this. Can I refund? Google Play should not include this kind of apps. Very deceiving. If I can refund, it is just fair! Attention Developer: Please advise!

I paid for this app and used it for two years as part of my job. Android updated and now it doesn't work. RRRRRRRRRRGGGGHHH! I HAVE TO TEXT 50 PEOPLE AT A TIME FOR WORK!! FIX MY APP OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!

When I first downloaded this app, it worked wonderful! It now sends out each text twice. Very frustrating. Have tried to contact developer two times and nothing. Please respond!

Don't like the failing sending messages..no other way to stop it or reset..it just get stock ...unused templates can't be deleted either

I love this app! The only 2 issues I have are: 1) The contacts must be Google, & 2) The resend button must continually be pressed over & over to finish sending longer messages.

This app is useless and there is no email address for refunds. Help links do not work and a phone number in France without a direct contact email !! No way of obtaining refund.

Thank You for this amazing app...works well with my Samsung Note II I love it. Will there be an update to send scheduled messages? Repeat messages? That would be awesome. Also the ability to erase history without erasing thw templates as well. Still love the app. I use it everyday.

This is a handy app for sending group texts. But you need to know that it uses gmail groups. You can edit these groups within the app but not create or name them. To do that you need to go to gmail. Also if you have a contact in your phone contacts that is not a gmail contact you will not be able to add it to a group. You will need to add the contact to your gmail contacts first. Once you have grasped this you will find it really useful. Unfortunately there is nothing I can see in the documentation on this.

Until the error is resolved, I have to change my rating. I love this app. I personalize sms to my classmates and they think I send out individual texts. I have to keep hitting resend 52 times to send out 54 sms. The 1st two names go in the group then I have to hit send/resend 52 times to get the rest of that message sent out to all in the group. This app haven't been updated since January 2013. And I have the paid version. If I like an app I buy it. It may need to be updated to 4G network. This app sucks.

Great app, simple, integrates with google contacts so contact management is VERY simple if you use google contacts. also the ability to quickly remove from the list before sending is also good. Short messages always work wonderfully! longer messages require multiple resends, this is a drawback I hope is fixed soon, I have emailed the developer so we will see. I paif for the pro version its worth it.

I send lots of group texts for work, a couple of the created groups are over 200 people. I send the text, it goes to 8 or 9 people then gives me the option to "resend the failed ones." It seems to work in getting the texts out but I had to hit the resend button 32 times to git it to the whole group. I don't have time for it. Reading other reviews it says it's crashing when it's sending the 2nd text if the text is longer than 160 characters. Can a count be added to see how long the text is before sending?

On my tablet this used to work wonderful. But now I have a dual sim Huawei P8-Lite and its not giving me the option to select groups. I have to select individual contacts.

Hi Mr Han I already do your instruction when I'm about to create the "Group" under Group Name and filter "none" on the search portion when i started to type the name save on my phone there's nothing happen how can I proceeded?

Though I bought the pro version the doesn't send to all contacts in group. Fails after sending to 1st contact. After press send hundred times slowly sends to other contacts. Why this bug?

This is one of the worst apps ever seen. If I chose first name, it chooses all the details. Getting adverse effects. Attracting clients wrath. Gonna uninstall. Do not purchase this app

Really love what this app does, wish it had a cleaner more modern design. Kind of feels like I'm running a program from DOS. With that said, I have enjoyed this app, and really haven't run into any problems besides needing more friendly usability.

Apparently support has stopped for this app and apparently it will not work with lollipop. Too bad. Relied on this app for a long time. Sent multiple requests to support with no response. App crashes every time I send. Only other solution I could find was mighty text (awesome btw) but needs to be done from the desktop. If anyone has a suggestion (I'm a coach) for an app that messages a group using individual messages (not a group message) let me know. So much for my paid "pro" version.

Please fix the application. Do not send messages to all the contacts, and who recieve the message is incomplete . Before did not do that.I have to push retry several times.

I got the S 5 galaxy and it work flawless people who has a problem sending to a lot of people just needs a strong better phone with a good processor.

Simple and efficient app. So for it is graded ****but I am sure after few days use I will rate it again.

I'm updating, it doesn't send to group if text is over sms character limit, about three lines. I Like the [name] personal feature. Replies work. Worth the cash but Tbh the sml bug is easy to solve. Quick select box to remove members from group or message would be good. Well worth it.

It doesn't work, when u select whole group to send a sms it only sends to one member and you have to keep pressing resend button

Everytime I try to send message to a group I get failed messages. I have to keep resending again and again for as many contacts as there was in the group. This and because it does not let the keyboard auto capitalize and correct many things is why it does not have 5 stars. If these problems were fixed, it'd be an app that should be in every Android phone... but they are not fixed...

Can't choose contacts. The Free App works better than the paid a pp

It did nothing it says it can do. Cannot send group Sms. What's the point? Sent the developer an email but git no response. I don't understand how on earth could this app stay on Google play. Time and money waster. Please refund!

One star, existing groups on my phone can't be added! Crap! Sent email, no reply!

Lowered to 2 starts, App works but has a bug in it, When you type a text and rotate your phone/screen the text is gone completely. App is worth 4 stars to me if fixed.

I've email twice regarding some issues no response yet been 1 week still waiting. If no answer will be putting all issues in my reviews.

I purchased the application and installed in Galaxy Grand. I had created Groups in my phonebook. I opened the application, typed the message and selected the group. When I click the "send message" the sms gets delivered to the top most group member. The SMS wont automatically go to the rest of the members automatically one after the other. One has to keep on pressing "resend to failed ones" button as many times as the rest of the group member to whom the SMS need to be sent. This error to be rectified. SMS should automatically delivered to the members with single click. Dont know how it works with other model of android sets.

So far the best group messaging app on android. Only bad thing I can say about it is ... It only work well if I don't personalize the message with a template...with template it blocks regularly.

Not good, first name and/or last name often not written. If send in large number, a warning message keep poping up asking allow or not to send message. Sent complain email and got respond. Ask for refund and no response. Bad application.

Be aware that the install seems to turn on SMS Delivery Reporting. Turned it off in messaging setup without issue.

The only problem which I have facet that if you send a long sms the application brakes it down to may small sms instead of one sms which I feel it's desapointing if this issue is resolved it will be an excellent application

Add Groups is too complicated to use, and there appears to be nowhere you can access help on how to use the app. Angry
