Culture Night 2016

The app is clearly unfinished, as many of the buttons lead to blank pages, or direct to webpages that are incredibly slow to load. It's also terribly designed and difficult to use on top of being un finished. V. Disappointed

Poor app, throws usability out the window with fancy attempts at circles for menus. Notifications direct to the home page and are essentially useless. A simple home page with the latest news about events and transport issues would have been simple and perfect.

Seeing no problems using this. Menu is fairly intuitive, and the MyTrail bookmarks work well. Complaints possibly due to not letting content load - took this 'droid 1-2 minutes. Vast improvement on last year, when Cork wasn't even an option. Hoping it stands up to the night...

What a total joke. This app has 0 functionality on the galaxy s7. I cannot view a single event and all I get is a blank screen no matter what I try. Was this even tested on an android phone???

Such as whether an event is ticketed or what time they finish up later in the evening. Could end up going to something that's ended or booked out very easily. Poorly thought out.

So the app sends notifications that cannot be expanded and when tapped just open the app home page. I have no idea what's the content of the notifications, entirely useless in that regard. Other things - searching by place and type would be useful, as is there are too many events shown to make any sort of decision of what's to visit. Serious suggestion - pair with a university and get students to re-write the app from scratch as a final year project.

There are no events showing. When a notification comes through I can only see the subject line then it brings me to the useless app with no info. Waste of time and money I hope the resources weren't diverted from the arts for this rubbish.

The most important part 'Events' isn't working. Isn't this just perfect?

'My trail' is useful. But more filtering options needed, eg ' [Music] events in [region X]

Although a bit awkward to plan ahead, once you have events tagged it is really handy on the night for getting around. And thanks for fixing this year's version.

App is nice, nice layout and good menus but only a fraction of the events on in my area (Limerick) are listed within the app. I'd miss loads if I was to go by this.

Lucky person who it's now working for. It's giving me the same responses as the older version people complained about.

Never worked once. Thankfully the actual event was excellently organized and was able to pick up an extremely good booklet easily enough. Brilliant event, terrible app.

It's as bad as the web summit WiFi! At least the paper brochures were plentiful and the hosts in the venues were nice
