Planet Beach

So not user friendly. Booking appointments is a nightmare. You have to check each time slot individually. It would be so much easier if it just showed you what was available. And then if you want to book 2 spa treatments its even harder. Love the idea but I hate wasting my time so I just call instead. Please make booking appointments easier and allow booking more than one thing at a time. And last but not least, every time you look for a time slot and its not available you have to go through the whole process again. I should be able to look through another slot without have to put my country email and phone number every time.

I couldn't sign in eventhough I'm a member. I doesn't help lead you in any direction. It just shows you what they have. Apps are suppose to be eady, fast & efficient. This was none of those. They seriously need to fix this app!

I used this app a few times before the latest update and absolutely loved it. However, every time I have tried to book an appointment through the app since the latest update, I get an error that says "invalid format." I book appointments on the fly a lot, and I do not want to call every single time to do it. Developers, please fix this!!! I will update my review once this is fixed.

Just downloaded the update, now when I click to book an appointment it pops up with an error saying invalid format. So the only reason I used the app now doesn't work.

The app doesn't tell you the titles of what appt you're trying to set, so you have to guess

This app needs some serious work. It's a great idea but poorly executed.
