تطبيق "استهلال" هو تطبيق تابع لمجلس الاستهلال الشرعي بالقطيف والدمام.

بإمكانك عبر التطبيق الوصول إلى التاريخ الهجري ضرورة لتحديث التقويم الهجري عبر التطبيق كل شهر بزيادة أو إنقاص يوم!

يعرض تطبيق "استهلال" التاريخ الهجري الصحيح حسب الرؤية وشهادة الشهود لدى المجلس مطلع كل شهر.

كما سيتم إرسال أخبار رؤية الهلال واحتمالات رؤيته عبر التطبيق للاطلاع عليها ومشاركتها عبر وسائل الاتصال.

كما يحتوي التطبيق على تقويم هجري لكافة الأشهر الهجرية السابقة والشهر الحالي
