معجنات و فطائر رمضان هو تطبيق جديد يحتوي على مجموعة كبيرة من الوصفات والمقبلات و المعجنات و الفطائرالشهية لكل سيدة تريد تنويع مائدة الإفطار في شهر مضان .
المعجّنات أو الفطائر هي كل ما يتم عمله بإستخدام الدقيق والخميرة والسكّر، وهذه هي المكوّنات الأساسية للمعجنات ، ويمكن إضافة مكونات أخرى لعمل أصناف مختلفة ، وسنذكر هنا بعضا من الطرق السريعة والسهلة لعمل المعجنات في المنزل ، والتي يفضلها الكثيرون ؛ فهي وجبة خفيفة ولذيذة . كما تعتبرالمعجنات و الفطائر من الأطباق الرائعة في مائدة رمضان .

ومن أشهر أنواع المعجنات :
معجنات هشّة : وهي التي يتم استخدامها في الفطائر والكيش
معجنات منتفخة : وهي معجنات البف باستري
معجنات الشو: تُستخدم في عمل على البروفيترول
معجنات الفيلو: مثل عجينة البقلاوة .
الفطيرة هي طبق مخبوز غالباً ما تُصنع من عجينة الحلويات وتكون مغطاة بحشوة ذات طعمة لاذعة حلوة أو مالحة. يمكن أن تكون الفطائر مجموعة متنوعة من الأحجام.
