Vueling - Cheap Flights for Android
Downloaded this app to try and check in online since their mobile website wouldn't let me. Well neither will the app. And this is the second time in 2 weeks time. Sorry Vueling am not booking you for work trips anymore.
Shabby app that takes for ever to check in. Marginally better than the website though. British Airways should not sell this... Shameful
The app made me pay twice for the ticket. This bug should be resolved as a matter of urgency.
My booking and boarding passes decided to disappear automatically from the app.
So badly designed that I can't see what I'm typing in here! Ah, I have to "push up" the upper part. Most programs for that automatically. As for trying to find a flight, it seems not possible. Choose one way only. Choose airport. Touch ok. Message tells me that I must choose departure airport. What?! Try what I think is all the variations - departure airport, arrival, date - each time it returns me to the initial screen with none of my data accepted.
Downloaded this app since the website is useless and couldnt manage my booking.Tried to add my luggage here but the price like 20 euro more expensive than in customer service.I tried one two three times it always crashed.I reinstalled for several times and still crashed.Worst app ever.
Terrible airline and even worse app. Delays on 3 consecutive flights and when getting boarding pass the app just freezes. Don't use and never book priority boarding. Its a joke

Has a nice design and easy to navigate but is so extremely buggy. To add luggage I had to process the payment 5 times over 2 different phones until it went through. When trying to check if it was completed, the app crashed. I wish I didn't choose Vueling to begin with. Whatever extra another company would have cost would have been worth it.
It is impossible to use the apps alone. I tried to login with my credentials used on their website and the apps requires an avoid account. In order to check-in iI needed another screen to read a booking id. Very bad user interface!
Forced transition from Punto to Avios has been a nightmare. Zero communication, my account is blocked, can't log in anywhere and can't get password reset. #Nightmare #CXfail
I check-in but can't access my boarding pass - it says it's in my email but don't get it so now I'm stuck
Van dos veces que me sale el mensaje de la app de "mañana tienes un vuelo" cuando el vuelo lo tengo en3h. Esto no es serio. La primera vez me dio un yuyu. Ahora ya paso. Hasido en las rutas de santiago-lon y bcn-sevilla. No creo q sea por la ruta

Trying to use the app after the avios update and keeps crashing. It automatically log off my account and trying to book a flight for later the day is not possible with my account????
Desde la actualizacion de avios no puedo acceder a mi cuenta y app cierra solo. Por favor solucionar.

Boarding pass should be available at all times regardless of internet connection! If I have already check in on the App and it generated the QR code boarding pass then why not save it automatically in the App? Some of us dont have data when travelling and this can cause major problems. Also boarding pass does not indicate the terminal, in an Airport like Barcelona this is a major problem because the terminals are miles apart and can lead to missing the flight.
Worst Airlines ever. I know u are an application but if the airline is a disgrace to Spain you are useless! Go to their page... nothing but negative reviews.. one every 20 minutes!
This app is a lottery! It might work or not although most of the times it does not. It ain't reliable at all and given this is an app to book and make changes in your reservation it's way more advisable to use the website and avoid surprises. Besides, I am losing Vueling points every time I book through the website 'cause I am not logged in. Reedited: It failed running every time I clicked on the app but after deleting and reinstalling the app it works again. I appreciate the developers' answer.
Hi. My flight was delayed and I was kept well informed by email and prompltly received compensation. However my boarding pass in the app did expire before boarding. Luckily I saved it. Please make sure that the boarding pass is available until the plane arrives at the destination even when it is delayed.
A pretty good app, but excessively high battery usage. I installed this app for a flight last weekend, but have just found that it's the cause of my battery running out much quicker - it accounts for 11% of my battery consumption in the last 32 hours, having used over 10 hours of CPU - entirely in a background process.
Hardly never works. Just goes into a loop of "Sorry but it's not possible to carry out the operation at this time" error messages. Better to use the web (also unreliable, but better) to manage your reservations. You don't want to store your boarding pass in an app that may or may not open when you need it.
I often travel with sports equipment but the app does not allow adding special luggage to bookings. I do not understand why the app cannot have the same functionality as the website? Useless.
I have reserved with my visa electron, and I am afraid that my reservation is not granted, I have called the vueling phone, it seems not useful. I am afraid to dismiss my travelling
Donloaded to check flight status as flights have been moved around, later, then back forward then cancelled in the space of a few hours. Cannot check flight status in app as it doesn't save your origin so cannot move forward. App is as terrible as their airline.
Useless don't even get to logg in . Not with new password however manytimes get a new one. First did not work either
No offline, saving the tickets is just a screenshot ( that may cut some data ). To see a web view, it's better to remove he app and use the web directly.

Vueling experience...I have a 2 hours delay and I got informed for a 2 HOURS delay just 45 min before my flight via the app. Now I have to wait for at least three hours here at the airport for no reason...plus I got a reminder from the app, like 5 min ago, not to forget my tomorrow flight, which actually leaves in a few hours... hilarious.
I am trying to check in using this app and it does not let me proceed when I try to choose from their 'Random Seat' policy. (Do they want me to choose a premium pay seat?! - if so surely you are infringing on customer rights!) Very user unfriendly. Come on Vueling. Roll up your sleeves abd do the job properly.
Installed, doesn't work AT ALL unless I enable my location (which is off because it drains my battery) uninstalling. Perfectly useless app.
I'm fed up in having to rely on an airline that consistently let's me and my wife down. Too many delays and flight cancellations and to make matters worse, not meeting their statutory obligations for any reasonable fair compensation after any 3 hour delay. Have removed the app from my devices. I won't be using Vueling again. May reconsider if/when their flight stats improve, which presently seem to be one of the worst in Europe. If an app tells me my flight will take off (or land) at a certain time, I expect it to.
Gives errors and doesn't get bookings and other info with my user. What's the point of signing up then?
Just downloaded the app, wanted to search for a flight but search button doesn't work. Hope the rest of the app is better.

WORST app EVER!!! And the saga continues... So crappy app - there is no way to pay by card, by PayPal or by Amazon - i get constant errors!!! Only way is via the website! Why you have so many options if not a single one works in the app? Why do you enable flight purchase through the app if there is no way to pay for that?!
