I can't log into this app and no one at the hotel could get me logged in either. Multiple people at my resort couldn't log in so the front desk staff just took down the sign for the app.

Crashes more often than not and can never find any availability even when the website says there is. Has potential but sadly not there yet. Maybe hire the team that did the secrets app.

This app is a very cheap development they are just showing a web frame so all content comes from the website... so what is the point? as the web site does not work the app even less, I have months trying to add some extras for my reservation and there is a server error you haven't fixed. Your technology vendor does not work, they are ruining your brand reputation.
