The bus transportation from Avenida da América can be from a different company, not necessarily Alsa. There isn't info on the boarding pass about where to catch the bus neither in screens at Avenida de America... only the screens at each gate. So, you can only know this by asking at the info desk or walking around till you find your gate.

La app es sencilla y ofrece un metodo rápido para compra y gestión online de billetes. El usuario tiene la posibilidad de guardar dus billetes para posterior consulta. Fácil y sencillo.

Update it, make it work, or take it down from play store. This app never worked. I'm trying to look for buses from Madrid to Valencia in September and on both your website and app there's no information available. It's ridiculous! No one should bother with alsa anymore. I think i will just book a blabla car, you're just a joke! 0 stars!

Cost me almost 52 euros, the ticket was promotional. had to use the machine in the station to buy another. Had 150 euros to my name in another country. Alsa =crooks. No excuse in this day and age for bad software. Worst review I have ever given.

En el trayecto OVIEDO- GIJON o GIJON - OVIEDO, muchas veces los buses NO LLEGAN EN HORA, a veces NI APARECEN...Algunos de los buses de este trayecto y otros trayectos largos como GIJON-SALAMANCA dan pena, estan en pesimas condiciones y para colmo en algunos asientos los CINTURONES DE SEGURIDAD ESTAN ESTROPEADOS. El dia que haya un accidente, diran que fue culpa de los pasajeros por no llevar el cinturon puesto... A parte de todo esto, espero que no se te olvide nunca nada en un ALSA, nunca lo recuperaras.
