A quick a useful reference
Very helpful and user friendly

Am so Happy
Short and to the point
Love this app! Very handy! All I need on one app. Going to try the new menu! Well done
Great app! Very useful when I go shopping for the week
Find it handy when shopping for the week. It is a clear guide for what to eat and what not....
Easy to use I think u must have like a Banting exercise app because I really want to loose weight
Horrible app ever..
I expected food lists with carb values, maybe some recipes and, at a stretch a food diary. Instead I read the same old information with no specifics. So if you want the old lists, green, Orange and red, download this app. That is all you get! Or is my app, my computer or my brain broken?
There is no use having a list without it being able to calculate your daily allowance and usage.

Love it
Personally find writing size & layout acceptable, although some write sizes are small. It is rather a reference with the basics...overall I haven't experienced app failures. So good app. Thanks
Font is minute completely unreadable and the application is jammed on one page!
Only complaint is I cannot ajust the font size otherwise it deserves a 5 star - my phone is a Samsung S5
Cannot read the minute text and there is no way to adjust it.
Badly designed, quite unusable, and not much use even if legible
You can see nothing and cannot even zoom in.
App installed , opened it and it's freezes on a white screen with no information or options to do anything but shutdown.
Way tooooo small print. Please fix it
Sorry, looks like a great idea but the texts looks like a size 2 font. Completely useless app until this is addressed

I like the app as a quick reference guide, however, the very first recipe I looked at had 1 tablespoon of white sugar in it, and although it did state optional, being that its a red list item, I would have thought it not an option at all in an app promoting banting? I would also like to see nutritional values, particularly carb values per serving for each of the recipes.
