All the information you’ll need is on your phone, so you won’t need to use up data to access it when you’re overseas. I asked for the app but it didn't arrive! I've also found it very difficult to get answers about how roaming works, in terms of whether people calling me are charged for the call going back to NZ and then out or what? I've been paying the weekly $19 in Australia, but renewing it and finding answers are not simple.

App does not have Belize or Guatemala in the list where they are listed on the website. Also, some countries only show postpaid options. What if you are prepay... Are you unable to use your Telecom device?
