The solutions offer a convenient way for physicians to access, create, modify and submit information wherever they are working—at the point of care, in the office or at home. This software requires a contract for use between either yourself or a health care facility with whom you are affiliated and 3M Health Information Systems; if you do not have such an agreement and have not been provided the required user credentials you will not be able to access this software.
