This is a fake app. they dont gave cars. took money.
Didn't like the experience of using this company. Car was delivered late. Refund was not exact nor it was on time
Normal swift charge 18/ km to much high in local market it's 9/km while online it's maximum 13/ km on what basis you charging at 18/ km . I didn't use this app for more then 3 min it's too much high price no need to install on my phone by Uninstall is done.
Great experience of renting a car from Avis, Mumbai airport. Booked an Innova but got an XUV which was great - friendly staff. As an NRI from UK i would reccomend using avis which can be booked from abroad easily. Thanks
The rentals are too high as compared to Zoom Car (X3 approximately). Zoom car is cheap, affordable, convenient. If the rates were lesser could be in comparison with the competitors ..!!

This is a fraudulent company having no funds. I booked a rental car on 7 December and paid a refundable deposit of 5000 which I am yet to receive. I have been calling them for days and every time they say I will get it in 1-2 days. Please don't a have a booking done with this company I suffered and now I have lost all hope that I will ever get back the money.
I had the most pathetic experience of my life with this app. I booked a Creta for my friends wedding for 11,327INR, which included the refund amount of about 5,000INR, for 24 hours. I booked it around 2 days in advance and the very next day of my booking, I received a call from one of the guys informing me that the car was not available. I was told that the car which was allocated to me, met with an accident and I should cancel the booking from my app. I went ahead and cancelled the booking as advised. Guess what? I received an email advising me that I will receive a refund of around 8,200INR as I made the cancellation. I called up their customer support for around 10 times, half an hour each and I was informed that they're trying to look into it. Finally after 3 days, I was told that I will receive a full refund in about 10 days. I waited and again I received a refund of 8,200 and not the complete amount. I had to call the customer service again multiple times to get the refund processed. The entire scenario took about 20 days and then I received the refund. Meanwhile, I booked a Creta with Zoomcar and they had the best service. My car was booked as per my instructions, they didn't charge me for fuel and also my refund was in my account in about 48 hours.
Worst rental service , you guys cannot be on time for anything dint received my deposit also the worst worst worst rental service I imagine how you guys exist in market and above that your customer helpline number is more pathetic then you guys they don't know how to talk to the customer
worst app..my refund not initiated till date i had a booking on 13 dec. when calling there executive hang up the phones or says to wait for some more days pathetic service by avis team First time used your service over voler and you let yourself down Will never recommend anyone to go for Avis

Very poor service. Vehicle condition is not good and clean. AVIS without giving any intimation they changed the vehicle in the last moment and I had to follow-up them for many times to compensate the amount and only they were able to give 10% from the the rental amount. Whereas the price difference was more on the vehicle that I booked and the vehicle that they gave. Please never ever go for AVIS.
Worst servise. They deducted 800 form my deposit for fueling cost. I returned the car with full fuel. Even have clicked photos of the same. To make it worst they dont reply on emails or ans the phone. Added later, they replied to my review that they will revert in 48 hours. After 15 days and 3 mails., Still no revert.
From past one week self drive booking in app is not working. I have sent a mail and informed to customer care also. They are least bothered about the issue. They are asking us to send the details so they can book not fixing the root cause. Resolve the issue soon
I am just not booking for my trip bcs the speed limit...80kmph is very bad in highways.. even the road signs shows 100 sometimes... please upgrade the speed...
Worst service...PPL cancelled booking saying car is not available just 1 hour before. I had booked 2 days ago. You cannot rely on this ppl. Worst costumer care with worst service. I lost money I had spent on bookings for 2 days. Trip plan flop due to this irresponsible PPL.
Will never book again from AVIS..speed limit of 80 km/hr..at least it would have been at 100 or 110 km/hr..its so dangerous on highways when all the cars coming behind ask for pass by flashing and honking. You will feel helpless by taking your car to the left n right everytime.. Update :: 10th Oct -- I had returned the vehicle on 2nd oct and still waiting for my refundable deposit in my account.. First they deducted Rs 400 for diesel when I called up and provided the snap of ODO meter they agreed to refund full Rs 5000. But all in words only..I am still waiting my deposit to be returned.. pathetic experience..
Worst service. Speed limit is only 80kmph and they locked in pump itself. This is pathetic for long drive.. very worst service...
Loved it. Best service provider compared to other service providers. Booked Swift Dzire and due to unavailability Honda City was delivered without any extra charges. The quality of vehicle superb. Hassle free service and refund of security. Best part is the free home delivery of vehicle at home. Please maintain the quality of service. Keep it up team.

Worst service ever. Booked the car in the morning. Had to cancel due to change in plans and now they won't simply refund back my amount. Besides 25% cut if too much for cancellation before 12 hours.
I am vendor from chennai,The worst experience never seen in my life.The manager Selvam is expecting high vate of income from vendors and pending of payments for the last three months and abusing the vendors with unwanted words.So please take actions on these people and do make my payments as much as possible.

All vehicles are restricted to Max speed 80. It's just so frustrating on highways. It was never informed by any of the Avis guys. It's ruined my trip!!!!
Good service had book suzuki ertiga due to unavailability they sent innova vehicle was clean and in very good condition. And it's affordable what's more kms is unlimited
Very Good Service. Booked swift but they upgraded it to Amaze. Pros : Unlimited kms Free pickup and drop service Cars are in very good Condition. Cons : Take permit ourself if we want to go to other state. Definitely recommend you to book the cars from Avis.

Nice experience. Had booked ciaz but due to unavailability I got an upgrade to Honda City. Delivery was on time. The refund took 10 days which avis could have been much quicker. Overall great experience. Thanks for the hassle free service
