MotoManager by Mr. Tire for Android
I was with my friend when she used her free oil change for installing this app and it was completely free for her. However when I used mine I had to pay $6.61 for fees and disposal. Why?
Can't even set up an account because of "server issues." Reminiscent of early Pokemon Go experience, but this isn't a global phenomenon of an app, so it can't be that everyone logging in at once is crashing your servers. If that is the case, those are some sad servers. Instant delete. Not even worth the promised free oil change.
I only gave this app 3 stars because it doesn't have pickup trucks under make and I have a pickup so this app is useless to me
Impossible to set up or access
They are fraud
What is the point? It does not log any service I have done to my car from them. The so called free oil change was not free and I used the app to make an appointment only for the lady to say just call and not use the app...
Impossible to set up
The shop I went to didn't even know the company had an app. I had to show them the app in the play store. They did honor the offer but I don't see my service in the app. Also my receipt showed someone else's nissan. (Four different model nissan in shop that day)
Tryed to setup accounts. It kept stating there was an invitation code for me and asked if I wanted emailed to me. Said yes never received email and it would not let me setup an account.
Can't make appt, always comes back invalid vehicle also never holds my telephone #. Every time I open my phone # is missing, update my profile and close app...gone again???
Doesn't have all brands of tires when setting car up and doesn't have 2017 as a choice for the year of car.
Works without issue. Convern why they require you to enter the license plate of the car. It says to retrieve the car information, but on the next page, it starts asking about the car information.
Overall like the app. Don't see a way to delete old cars I no longer own from my profile.
Love it
I lost the coupon for my free oil change it didn't expire or anything it's gone! What a POS
You have to put in your license plate number??? What for?? Just make and model of vehicle won't do?? Wants TOO MUCH INFORMATION! DO NOT TRUST with my information.
The app. failed. Lost all the info I had. Also year of car was put in wrong. Lost that also.
I am very pleasedwith Mr. Tire on Weslyan Blvd and upon recommendation I downloaded this app. I am impressed
I took my Monte Carlo as 02 there to have a problem that had kept it from running (not the starter Lmao) and they fixed it in 2 days. So I would reccomend them even if not just for tires. And theyre all good people
APP USLESS! WILL NOT OPEN AFTER DOWNLOADING 6 TIMES!
Does not keep track of my services
Fantastic!
Love the home screen with my car info. Very cool that my oil change info is showing up in my glove box in the app.
This new app stinks! I want to check tire prices, not give my life story. Also Mr. Tire used to have good prices but now they don't. The "match competitors" price scam is old school. Tires have different model numbers across different vendors. What a joke!
No longer can I view my service history. App only let's you make an appointment or get coupons for service. Un-installed
I miss the old functionality of having my service history at a glance. Used to be a great app.

Please bring back sign in and maintenance history and vehicles. At least vehicles and manual maintenance history. Something. Just making appointments is okay but the older app was way better than this.
I had a previous Mr. Tire app that stopped working. Server errors. It allowed me to track the maintenance done on my vehicle. Unless I am missing something this new version is nothing but an advertisement. I don't see any way to track My maintenance. I have uninstalled it. I have also lost my maintenance history. Disappointed.

Need to let user put in tire size, the options you give are not even accurate for model years. Plus im sure im not the only one that may have totally different size tires on their vehicle, come on this is common sense!
