28 Days Women Spartan Workouts for Android
I enjoy having an outline to go by for my workouts in the morning BUT you can definitely improve by addressing the horrible form of the girl in the demo and adding a warm up and stretch section. Her form was so bad I fear the novice will/can hurt themselves.
The girl as the example flopped her way through with no form. I paid & downloaded pro only to find no variance from the routine or diet (I can't eat 40% of what's on the list), and no altering the routine. There is no way to record what you accomplished as a comparison to a previous workout - if there was I didn't see it with the app crashing. I tried uninstall & reinstall pro only to discover I had to pay for it again. Not impressed.
