West Coast Radio was launched in 1988 with the introduction of 1116am – 6mm. 6mm caters for the many and varied people of the Peel Region and holiday coast.

The station reflects the relaxed lifestyle of the region, while still providing news, sport, talkback and adult contemporary music from selected ‘60s tracks through to the current hits.

6MM's coverage not only includes the vibrant and ever expanding city of Mandurah, but also extends to Rockingham, Harvey, Dwellingup, Waroona and Pinjarra.
