Cant Register Interest to even look at the app as it deletes details each time I try to submit. Please advice the issue.

Really like it but there are some issues. I can trigger an alert but I'm not able to trigger an alarm. This isn't helpful. With a little bit more funding this app could be a lot better. It needs a more professional interface and it needs to be more user friendly. Despite that, it's a decent idea and I don't know of any other similar app on the market. Would I recommend it? Yes, just take a little time to get used to it.

This isn't user friendly at all. I download the app and it says login or register interest. Login doesn't give me an option to register so clicking register interest it shows a loading screen and doesn't do anything else. So I Google their website so hopefully register there but guess what...the website doesn't load. So how on earth am I to use this app if I have no log in details no ability to do so? Useless.

No way to register. They request your email address and name to "show interest" and they will send an email to finish registering. Never received an email and I tried twice. Besides, if I downloaded the app, doesn't that show that I'm interested? Uninstalling....NOW!

Tried all the ways people mentioned in the comments to register and no email was ever received...Apparently is just not useful with this huge oversight in development. You would think an app for safety would be as simple to setup as candy crush apparently not

I saw alot of people were having trouble registering, so here is what I did. Google Panicguard registration, its the first one, click that and register then go log into the app. It works really well.

It's crap, I have registered online and when I try to log on to the app, it states that it's an incorrect username, at work we thought this would be a great idea for us all as we are nurse and often are lone working. Total disappointment

Works great. Forgot to warn family members that I was setting it up and testing it. Safe to say it works as I had about 5 phone calls in the space of a few minutes asking what is happening and am I ok

Will not accept Australia's dialup prefix, so cannot register - very frustrating! Please fix ASAP so I can change my rating

I have yet to set it up but so people are aware. I registered my interest and the email went to my junk box. Try there.

Its actually really easy to register you just go onto google 1st and then its really easy to use....also recommended to my daughter

Downloades this app. Registering is easy and received email straightaway. Good idea and approved by the police. Once youve logged in you remain logged in and it tracks your movements.

This app is no good. I went to Google and registered from there and then when I tried to login with my credentials, it keeps telling me wrong username and password.....

It's been two months and I still am waiting for an email to register.

Set up seemed easy enough and the test alerts worked well. I used the Developer link on the app page to register.

Works perfectly.... You need to go to the website to register and then you can use the app fine

Doesn't shoe video everything else is fine. But it has a Bluetooth button how do I get that

Tried for 2 days to get account . No email came through no acknowledgement waste of time. Sort it out if you want people to use your app. Uninstalled!!!

This sounds like a great app, but I can't make an account. I filled in, and sent, my name, number, and email address, TWICE! But still no reply. Not even in my spam folder. I hope I can get it working. I was seriously assaulted last year. So, an app like this would mean the world to me...

Asked for a link to be sent 10 times but still no link sent i will wait till Monday then if I still don't get the link I'm deleting this app meant to make people safe but doesn't work

Should be easy, why so difficult? I rarely have register/subs probs, but this was awkward- nearly gave up. Got email from them now confirming account, but it should have been plain sailing. Could write an Epistle...
