Really poor service asked for the link twice no reply. Now uninstalling app.

This is not working at all, I have sent an email as website no working either, has the app been closed?

I sent for a link, received one but nothing happens when you click on it. Good idea but needs work for it to be put into practice.

I've signed up but it won't let me sign in with my chosen password or the new password sent to me. Going around in circles, very frustrating!

Great idea, I'm a lone worker at night. Marked it down as doesn't seem to have android wear compatibility. Would be great if could activate it from my watch. Although hope I never have to!

Would love to use but can't as I have requested the link to register 3 times to no effect. So disappointing

This is great, but why do the terms and conditions grant panicguard and HGT irrevocable worldwide rights to publish, adapt, modify etc. "user generated content"? Presumably this refers to captured audio and video / location data(?). Please change and/or clarify these terms.

Despite registering my interest I have had no updates or sign that I can use the app. Emails to the website aren't being delivered. A shame because in principle this is a fantastic app. Please sort it out.

Wanted to use it when running alone on the hills but found I couldn't even launch the app if no mobile reception which is not unusual in the North of England.

Great idea for app but not accepting any numbers in mobile box on Web page where you register your interest.

Won't send me the link to create account, what's the point. 3 times now I have sent my email and phone number. Rubbish.

Wonderful app

This may be a good app and offer some protection but it is sadly let down by the absence of clear instructions on how to register and use the device. I tried it and after some searching through the net, managed to register. I also set up my contacts. I tried an activation and said I was not safe but nothing happened. This is a shame as it has potential.

Once you get pass the awkward register process it's brilliant cept 2 things stated at bottom of feedback.... Sent my mum 3 alerts by accident lol... But know it works... 2 things I could fault is the amount of time it takes to shake you phone TWICE to set of all alerts could be fatal. Also why does your phone vibrate constantly when app is in use?

Just a "Login" button displayed with no option to create an account. Not even a link shown taking you to a registration web page.

Hiya, I installed the app, but unfortunately it will not let me register. It only comes up with login but I can't log in because I've not registered. How do I register? :-)

I registered ok done it though a page on Facebook not in here. This is an amazing app and will no doubt save life's

Doesn't ask me to register really would like this app for me and my daughters. Will try again in the future.

Will not allow me to register, only comes up with login , how can I log in when I have not registered???

My daughters, niece and myself all registered and installed. Great app.
