Q-See QCView HD

We love it! Works perfectly. Love that we can always view what's happening around our home at all times! Anytime, in bed if we hear a noise or cross country. It's awesome once you figure it out.

Needs work, icons are to small app is in and out and locks up alot. Please fix this app. Sometimes great pictures and sometimes bad views. Tiny tiny icons why? They are hard to see and click on, i don't understand? The app has a mind of it own.

Server base camera systems are junk.. We tried 4 riff brands and unfortunately this was the best out of them but not near perfect. Also all the complaints on the button. Turn your phone sideways and double tap screen. Button goes away. Come on people.

Why do i have to look for the cameras everytime i login?? Can't even watch the playback..disapointment

I get a "failed to connect" using the Scan N'View after the firmware update was applied to my NVR on 4/9/2017. I can connect while on my home router through the app using the IP connection, but it appears something is wrong on the Qsee side, or their firmware update since Scan N'View no longer works. Family cannot monitor the property remotely on the app any longer.

Very frustrating . Not user friendly and no help at all on guiding you through the setup. Just a waste of time massively useless and terrible app! Not satisfied for what I paid for these camera !

Very confusing app. Doesn't work either. This is a 90s interface style app that needs to be rewritten. I have played with it for almost an hour with no luck. I have a qc series NVR and cams.

Can't remove ptz button eating up half the screen.... Fail...

Your app works great on wifi but doesn't work when on LTE or regular network. Could you please look at this and get it fixed?

Just installed my system, scanned the qr code, and was able to see all my cameras on my tablet and phone!

Looks like a first grade student developed his first hobby app.

Needs work. I would love to see live view instantly.

Like others said, the ptz takes half my screen!!! Can't even see the 7 cameras I have let alone more. Basically a worthless app. Uninstalling and trying a 3rd party app.

Videos don't Auto open when you open the app like they used to. Also, now you can't make it full screen any more. All your cameras are smooshed when you rotate to landscape mode.

I installed this version a couple weeks ago, hoping it would address a couple nagging issues (like not not keeping the tablet ON if I have QCView in the foreground). Well the tablet does stay ON now, yay! But the screen layout in landscape mode is Horrible!! Lots of wasted space with menu bars and frame headings that are not needed. As a result, all my video feeds are stretched in a way that makes them both ugly and difficult to interpret. When will this be fixed?!?!

PTZ controls now take up half the screen with no way to remove them. I have fixed cameras. This is incredibly stupid as only a small portion of the screen can be used to display the live preview. Fix this asap!

Just like others have said , the PTZ takes up most of the screen. It's a hassle to even view one camera and impossible to do view more than one at a time. The original apps work great, stop screwing them up.

They took off the full screen button so the pics look all streched depending on your device. Don't download until they fix it....!!!

App keeps timing out after 1 day of use and live playback is awkward as I have to select 3 different radio buttons just to access the cameras. Please upgrade this for Android users. Now it is giving me a login timeout and cannot access my cameras. Frustrating!

This app does not work at all, I get to the point where I want to monitor cameras on my android and every time it say unfortunately QC q view HD has stopped , i keep sending qsee the report, but i dont see any improvement I have never been able to use app Uninstalled I don't need to waste my phones memory space, thanks

I get "No Record" when I open an alert. Opened a ticket with qsee. One tech only wanted to setup me email and get me off the phone. The other checked with his boss and told me it's a known problem and they are working on it. It's been a problem since the last update and does not look like it's being addressed. This was a very expensive purchase that was supposed to provide us some security. Now it's an expensive broken problem. With the other issues I've had I will forever stay clear of qsee products

This should be about viewing the video stream, but in live mode most of the screen goes to a useless ptz knob while playback half goes to control. Even if all their cameras had ptz, the knob could be less than half that size. Android playback only today. The inconsistency between the versions of the app (Android, OS-X, & Win), the built-in nvr interface, and the browser (IE on W-XP/7 only) shows that their entire development staff needs to be fired so they can find people with at least half a brain.

No fullscreen mode. It works with NVRs. They keep calling it for DVRs.... Fullscreen mode worked nice on my phone also. Now it's messed up and no fullscreen mode. At least show us how to undo the update or fix it.....

What happened? After upgrading fullscreen mode is gone! And view is now distorted. This was a DOWNGRADE!

It was running great then an update happened, the fullscreen mode icon disappeared! What the heck!??!! Bring back fullscreen mode!

Need to update, too many issues! My husband has version 3.40 and his works fine. No PTZ, logs right in. BUT I can't update past version 3.31. How do I get the updated version and fix all the problems? I can't have the NON-HD on my tablet.

All functionality seems to work well. Playback has drastically improved. Would be nice to have full screen mode back (without top and bottom bar). Version before you could get rid of the bottom bar (auto hide style), version before drastic change though allowed you to view larger screen and also had larger thumbnails due to no header and footer. Was much nicer for viewing your video.

This app downloaded fine for about 3 months, update came along kicked me out and haven't been able to download it since.

Don't download this app instead of upgrade they downgrade.

Playback seek is broken. Every camera has to be queued up separately. If you want to view a single event it will take 10 minute to locate it provided you have the time code.
