Camera great but app difficult to understand. Very poor instructions. Heaps of buttons with abbreviations but no info as to what they are or do???Guessing game and trial and error as to what half the things do. App Cam 36 does not connect via WiFi, only Ethernet. Can get push notifications but no video recorded. This is suppose to be a camera for the home owner and marketed as such so make the instructions understandable for the average home owner not a professional installer. Camera

Very clunky, when previewing live feed only shows 4 out of 24 cameras initially, you have to ask it to display all of them. Very slow on the 4g network. Have come from swann, please fix as currently will not recommend or install in other premises

Utterly Useless, very time consuming to work out what does what, not a very intuitive user friendly app at all, almost as if you had to be the developer who wrote the app code to know how to use it the way you want. All I wanted was a single outdoor camera for our home to continuously record a 48 hour period to SD card. Between this app and the camera its been a complete waste of my time and money. Good for nothing other than a shotty live feed which I can only connect to after resetting the power to the camera every time I try to connect

Its not the greatest app, half the items I cant read as it doesnt show what the heck it is so its all a guessing game to try and figure out how to use the app.

Its a good app although takes a bit of figuring out. Main problem is when I search through playback timeline it is hard to select a specific time. It always jumps to where it wants to.

The DVR is great but the app is very clunky and when you select a specific time, does take a while to load but jumps to another time

Wont connect
