Managed to get it to work outside the network . I would Recommend upgrading the Firmwire for the DVR available on the Bosch website
Great app, would be the best in the business if Bosch upgraded it's stream 2 resolution just a couple notches so you could use it with Android tablets. Right now you are limited on resolution so the app is too grainy on an Android tablet.

Spend loads of money on bosch equipment and they can't even provide a simple app to view the divar. I would throw all of your equipment in the bin if I hadn't spent so much on it in the first place. Google play you should remove this app it don't work
Will not load security camera pictures on my HTC One M8. App keeps telling me resolution not supported. However, app works on my wife's I phone and I pad. Bosch tec support tells me it should run on my phone. HTC tech support says the Bosch app should work on my phone...very disappointed in this app.

Not sure why people are complaining that it doesn't work. I have it on both Apple products and Android....no issues. Always make sure the DVR has got the latest firmware....why....don't you update your phones regularly...duh ! So Apple breaks things on upgrades of IoS, and occasionally, but rarely, so does Android. And don't think those other apps on Samsung phones aren't gonna possible cause some issues. Ah, yes, its not a Bosch issue, shame on some of you users that got no idea. And those that cant remote in, how about you get an it person in to see that you have the correct ports forwarded in your router. And why it never accepts password....maybe the its the fact that both username and password are case sensitive, or some other reason like user error.
App does not appear to work outside of the local network. I am able to access the web interface using the external IP address and a port which I have forwarded to 80. This works on my mobile phone using 4g. However even with the correct details inputted into the DIVAR Viewer app, all that is returned is 'Login failed'. The app will work correctly if I join the mobile to the local wifi and connect using the internal IP address of the DVR, but that is useless, remote connectivity is the purpose of this app. Very disappointing, as is the lack of support and/or help available on the web. As a software developer, I'm disappointed that the developer couldn't provide more useful error messages, but rather seems to try/catch all as 'Login failed'.
Was working perfectly until update to Android 5. Now it tries to show the images in real time but disappears and a blue screen. Still works perfectly on my IPad.

Won't let me login. Useless!!!
Had absolutely no issue with this software. Works very well from Samsung GS4 and Asus TF300. Have setup individual port forwarding rules for web and mobile device and it woks fine. Would like to see replay speed adjustment available in playback is only criticism.

This App never accepts password, impossible to connect to DvR via mobile device , yet I can log into DVR from desktop computer , disappointed in Bosch crappie product shame on them for producing this crappie app
For some reason all I get as an error is Login Failed - no matter what user/password I use or settings I make on DIVAR IP 2000.
Updated DIVAR to the newest firmware, and tried to connect using the same credentials I use to connect to the unit from my computer, but just shows 'login failed' every time. PLEASE FIX! this is the only app that can access these units!

App. Sometimes Not working. Show login error. I connect via same wireless network divar connect via Lan and connect from outside is impossible I already config port forwarding. Thanks in advance.

Works well but my customer would appreciate it if they can view 16 cameras on one screen. He has another system that allows him to do this and he now prefers his other system because of it.
