iApollo Pro

Not very user friendly. I have to keep selecting the cameras even though I have set them as a favourite to show all cameras. It does work but depends on your phone. Some of the icons overlap on the screen on one of my phones.

I had this on my iPhone it worked fine. I had to purchase again for s6edge and does not work at all. Can I get a refund please? Not a cheap app if it doesn't work

Saying this is the pro version its crap. Its the old iphone version. Pro on ios is much better. Needs sorting out. Crashes all the time and playback does not work

Ok for viewing live, but won't playback recorded footage ADATA are worse than useless. Never fix anything

I just bought this and realised it won't work with my device. Uninstalled it straightaway yet never received my refund!!! What a scam!!!

How much data does it use ? Only had it a few days. Sometimes only loads up 2 cameras. Then have to reopen.

This app only works for iphones and there is another app for androids this is very miss leading as I used this app on my iPhone before but upgraded to s6 edge and asumed it would be the same for the edge! How do I claim my money back

The app doesn't even work , will not allow me to a cess my camera , plus it not look the same as the screenshots

Bought for my qvis system as it had the app on the until but I can't connect at all and I am technically savvy when it comes to networking. Utter rubbish. I can browse to my cctv over the Web outside of its location but not via this rubbish app

Worked on galaxy s3 does not work on new s6 HELP

It has stopped working again. Don't get what you pay for.

I have 6 cameras and only one and sometimes 2 can be seen. Crashes after a minute and freezes. Recording does not work... need fixing asap otherwise money back.

App not worked since upgrade to Samsung S6, have made contact with their Tech support as requested in other comments in here. Unable to offer anymore than the I.T crowd, switch it off / Re-install, since this I have heard nothing further from them...and still without the app.............

Says resolution not supported. However, the iApollo Emap version on my phone has no problem. The Pro version is not great.

Works well at home but once I leave our wifi I can not use it..

only just started using iApollo pro and have found it easy to use so far

Apparently this app is for tablets only. Installed it on my phone whereas the correct app for me is iapollo emap which I have since purchased. Can I get a refund??

I have 4 cameras and 1 or 2 of them always show as a black screen even though they are working. There is an error.

Needs full screen and option to hide controls, also lots of glitches.

ok Main feature which it lacks is ability to edit the full configuration. Other than that okay.
