Absolutely horrible. After spending almost three hours on the phone with the company to fix whatever glitch was happening, it happened yet again today. We would have been better off buying cameras off of Amazon and using a free camera app.

Did work till update galaxy s5. Don't update. Please fix soon. I can't watch my business like this, paid too much for this system.

App was working perfectly until you updated now it does not work. I have a Samsung S7 Edge and I get the error that the device is not supported

Quickddns does not work in new version. It will not let you edit the site name.quickddns.com field.

My application was working perfectly on my Galaxy S4, now l, with your updates it has quit working! How can this be remedied?

Back to the old app. Can't view on mobile like the app suggest

After the recent update which was less than a week ago, I can't view my businesses anymore. I have a galaxy s8

I agree with all the recent posts regarding the app not working. My app stoped working as well.....please fix this issue.

Used to work great until the new update. Now I can not view my cameras. This needs to be fixed!

Cameras are not viewable through app.

Works for us, on 16 remote feeds, with great picture quality. No complaints.

Installed and uninstalled many times and the best I ever got was one of seven feeds and for a very short time. This is ADT?

Be patient with the updates they work. Mine was off line then corrected quickly

Easy to use!

But mostly just get a timeout message. this app is terrible. the only reason we got the cameras from ADT is so we could integrate our security system with them. they said, "yeah its all one package." Then they installed the cams and said "no this is 2 separate systems, but we have a really great app to view them." Worked for a week and had nothing but problems afterwards, contacted tech support, and after 6 months they finally responded by telling us we need to buy an IP adress. Bad form, ADT

I have had this for less than 1 week and it has stopped working. I keep getting login timeout error.

I have not been able to get this app to work. It always times out. I have increased my internet option and had rep service my program but it still times out. It only worked once

I have 3 locations and can't view playback. You can view live but the playback feature is broken on several of my devices. Stay away from adt cameras and dvr.

Stay as far away from this garbage as you can! Difficult to use and NO ONE at ADT knows how to set it up!

You cannot view previous periods. It is only good for live viewing.
