This does as it says. Easy to set up and i use it from anywhere in the world. Works over wifi or mobile network. Very good.

Android 5.1 is not supported by this application and any other similar one. Request have being made via different channels and no update yet. This only will happen to Android Devices with ANDROID OS 5.1 and up. There no point to rate the app 0 start. Hope that help clear some issues. Most of the other app were release last year as the technology did not get introduce until late December. Good luck

The app has not been working for the last 6 weeks. Been using it for over 2 years but it has suddenly stopped working and as a result of this am not able to view the cameras live.

Can u please check the issue facing in lollipop, I couldn't login In lollipop Version but works fine in kitkat. Login time out or user doesn't exist

The cameras keep disconnecting. It keeps buffering forever and connection stays on for very limited time. Never connects more than 1 camera at a time. Very poor app and very bad service from this provider. They took over a year just to update for the latest android version, now lord knows how long they will take to fix this error! If anyone got a dvr with this app, I recommend you to contact your suppliers and change to some other CVI DVR.

I just updated to the latest version. With the previous version I was able to view live playback over my Mobile Network. Now after the update, it will only work over WiFi. It's quite an Inconvenience now. I'm on a LG-G3 anyone got a way around it or can I download the previous version again?

Hardly connects to the camera even if it does only shows one or two cameras, was fine before the latest update

showing login timeout

It keeps on giving me "login timeout" everytimr i try to access the cameras!! I reenter the password but nth happens...what shall i do? Whats the problem?

After update open/close encoding parameters doesn't work, pls.fix it,and still can not connect from android 5.0

Stops working as soon as I updated to Android 5.0.1. Kept stating "User Not Found" when it had no problem before the update.
