My customers like this app and so do I. It is smooth running, hasn't crashed on my android, pretty organized and looks good. The only complaint I have had from my customers and I tend to agree is that there isn't a way to set a default DVR to pop up every time you open the app. Instead, you have to create a favorite group. Then, if you have only one DVR you have to open the app, select favorites, press play button next to your DVR. A couple extra steps but slightly annoying. Other than that great app

Will not work unless I'm on Wi-Fi at the place of business.

DDNS worked for a few weeks and stopped. Cannot reconnect through DDNS or IP. Get the "login timeout" each time I try. Indian tech support isn't any help.

It functions as it should and is reliable.
