MLVTECS-SMART

MLVTECS SMART App is used by the applicant Training Centre applying for Centre Accreditation under the ‘Guidelines for Accreditation, Affiliation and Continuous Monitoring of Training Centres for the Skill Ecosystem’ on MLVTECS ERP (http://erp.mlvtecs.com). The applicant Training Centre captures the Geo Tagged and Time stamped pictorial evidences for all the information shared in the Centre Accreditation Application Form(CAAF) filled by him. The MLVTECS SMART App will capture the pictures in synchronization with the CAAF filled in by the applicant Training Centre. The applicant Training Centre will only be able to successfully submit the CAAF after capturing and uploading the pictures using this app.

MLVTECS SMART App Usage:
1. Please ensure that the CAAF on the MLVTECS ERP website (erp.mlvtecs.com) is filled before you login to MLVTECS SMART App
2. Use the same login credentials which you used for filling in the CAAF on MLVTECS ERP website (erp.mlvtecs.com) for login to this App.
3. You will be able to see all the sections as per the CAAF.
4. You need to select the section one by one and upload the pictures, click Pictures for the relevant fields highlighted in the App
5. Upload the pictures
6. Pictures will get synced with your online CAAF in the MLVTECS ERP portal
7. You will be able to see the pictures uploaded through your phone on your Account on MLVTECS ERP website (erp.mlvtecs.com)
