WOD Programmer was designed by a Former Division One Decathlete, Army Sapper/Paratrooper, fitness writer, CrossFit Athlete, and former lead trainer a deployed Military CrossFit Affiliate to create custom workouts for athletes everywhere so they can progress more rapidly.

WOD Programmer has every timer a fitness athlete could need, from EMOTM, AMRAP, Tabata, for Time, and now an interval timer where the athlete can set rounds, the amount of work time, and the amount of rest time.

*IMPORTANT* Athletes can also see video examples of all the exercises, ensuring that even beginner athletes know the standards for each movement and how to perform them correctly. So if you are a new Crossfitter or a serious fitness athlete, then this is the perfect app for you.

With WOD Programmer the athlete enters the length of their training cycle, equipment they have available, days they want to train on, exercise and scheme priorities, and duration of workouts and all of that information is built into a custom workout calendar. First, I would say it is a computer generated workout plan it is obviously not going to fulfill all your exercise hopes and dreams. With that said it is the best crossfit app I've found and it continues to kick my but everytime. And it allows you to regenerate a workout if you don't like one or just to edit the workout. Timer doesn't make sounds with music but there are other timer apps. Would love to be able to add exercises or more tools. Lastly, designer very responsive to emails great service!

Timers do not make sound. Can't use without sound, can't find a setting for this. My phone sound is on. Wish I hadn't paid for this. Updating to say: volume is turned up on phone, still no sound from app. Samsung Galaxy S3, Android 4.1.2 Updating to say thanks for fixing the sound with the update.

I really like this app. I would like to be able to add my own exercises (ab wheel, KB snatch, Goblet Squats) and it sometimes seems like the "priorities" don't really work (I don't have a place for bar muscle ups, but it keeps putting them in the workout). However, to randomize the workouts and get the program going is great. Also wish there was a better log and a goal setter
