This app contains lots of bells and whistles enough to rate it at a 5 star. The app can be personalized with a logo, an individual picture, and phone number. The user can pretty much access all the database in the MLS; one can draw on a map and view a search on the specified area; one can filter that result by Price, square footage, number of rooms, property type, property status and more, one can choose a property and navigate to said property right from the app, again lots of bells and whistles. I am able to share the app via a text that sends a personalized link to a prospect. Here is where the app has its faults. My personalized link sent to my recipients leads them to download a generic app that does not require them to enter my personalized realtor code to function. Once the app is downloaded, unless I am standing nex to the recipient of my link and guide them to: go back to my text; follow the link; copy the realtor code from the link; come back to the app; paste the realtor code to the app; and submit, the recipient will always choose the path with less resistant and skip entering the realtor code. As a Realtor I need to turn leads into customers and customers into clients and for this I can only give this app a 2 stars, fix this and this app will be closer to 5 stars.

Has not allowed me to login for days & gives the following message: Error #220 - Not able to communicate with the distant system 120 Please fix as I use this daily when out with clients.

Overall, it's a good app ! Clients that have used it, like it. I like that you can communicate with clients through the app.

Well the app now just functions. The display of information is absolutely terrible. The fields are displaying information that belongs in other ones. Missing information all together. To get the basic information of if the property exists is fine. If you need anything like showing instructions or agents notes. Look into another crmls app. There are two others they have.

Cant crop logo without it saying app stopped working. Just wasted 2 hrs.

I work in very rural areas, and places where its just not convenient to stand in the sun and wait for web pages to load. This app give me all the info I need, when I am on the fly with my clients! Its quick and easy! I love it!

Keeps asking me to input the city field for search, yet when I do it does nothing, select it and press the back button and it goes to the home screen. It's easier to use the website on my mobile browser and the website has more functionality.

Very difficult to maneuver. Needs to mirror the desktop version.

It doesn't show many active listing homes in Laguna hills!!

First time it was terrible but now it has been improved works pretty darn good.

was working great, was able to pull up listing info and pics so quickly, now it just shows loading pics. Doesn't matter how much the search is refind. please fix. otherwise a 5 star for sure

Poor navigability and MLS desktop, used on mobile devise works much better. Don't install or use. It's a horrible app. A waste of money and resources for the MLS.

It is hard to navigate, and my worst pet peeve is I can't, as an agent, schedule a showing

I sell acreage. I can't search that option. Also, need land improvement options and restrictions. Okay for quick search, but still too limiting.

First page says choose state... on the drop down there are only 4 states..California, Texas, Colorado, New York... Florida is not one of them... pretty sad app. Next.......

Forget trying to find an address with first few letters, nothing like the real PC program... still it's better than nothing.

Can't even get past the opening screen for the app and it tells me "too many Internet connections" then says "disable airplane mode and connect to wifi" even tho airplane modes isn't on and I'm already connected to WiFi. Useless piece of junk waste of space app.

No cities select even if you type exactly as the city is shown on the non-intuitive list. Not a good ap. Needs a lot of work. I am un installing. = (

Can't zoom in on pictures, back button takes you back to home screen, not very accurate when it comes to filtering listings, and rotating your phone takes you back to the home screen. It is the most frustrating app I have had the displeasure to use.

Needs a lot of further development to function usefully. Slow to update listing on map view. Hot Sheet is useless because once cities are selected nothing happens and work in setting up is lost. Sometimes it just freezes, very buggy. Has potential, but more work needed on this app.

It's 2015. This app is uselessly slow and badly designed. I have to type in a bunch to look up properties and if I have to take a call or leave the app it resets to the beginning. It's literally easier to use the full MLS site on my phone. Even the mobile version of the site is garbage. Sad.

I use this app all the time and generally love the ease of using it. BUT what I don't like is the listings that are in "Back Up" show as"Active" - you have to scroll down to"History" to see if it is actually Active or Back Up. "Pending" listings show correctly (as pending) so it has to be possible to show Back Up listings correctly.

I was excited to download this so I could quickly look at property but it is way worse than the desktop version, which also doesn't work very well. Seems like the MLS in socal is a monopoly and could use some competition.

Love it! I can search by map, address, MLS # and by agent. I can access whole photo album, showing instructions, comparables and the hotsheet. My clients love the Instaview feature. And it's provided by my board so no additionnal cost for me, it's already included in my membership fees.

Does not show all homes in all statuses in a radius. BOO.

Improvement needed. It would be nice if the back page button would take me to the previous screen NOT back to the beginning menu! I also feel our MLS contacts should be accessible here. On a positive note, I like that we can schedule showings with this app.

Could be better

I have used this app on and off for years. Each time I log back in, I see new features and realiable functions. This app can integrate with your board and provide listing information at the touch of a button. This app has finally won me over. Liking the new features, you're on the right track!!

Most of the time doesn't work or give information for different city when you push the instant view or map search. I have to input the information.
