About Water Drink Reminder
Hydrate is a unique Water Drink Reminder + Journal app that helps you to hit your daily hydration goal to stay healthy. A proper hydration has many benefits and that's why no one should fell below their respective hydration goal. It's simply necessary to drink every day enough - your body will thank you in many ways.
Drinking enough water maintains your body's fluid balance, which helps transport your nutrients in the body, regulate body temperature and digest food. It does also help with weight loss. If you are working out, you should drink enough as well - if your muscles don't have enough water, they get tired. Through a higher water intake, you get some extra energy. Water does also flush out toxins in your body and you get a much clearer skin.
Sounds great, right? And that was by far not all. Drinking water does help to support your kidney function, concentrate and stay refresh and alert, get rid of hangover and headache, prevent pain, fight sickness and improve your brain power.
There are plenty studies that show that incredible many people drink too less. One of many various reasons is that in today’s time, we steadily continuously work very intensive over an steadily extending period of time. We simply forget drinking while working, though being hydrated would improve your work-life noticeable (and of course your whole life in general too). Often the environment doesn’t fit too. Of course, there are plenty more causes.

The app itself was heavily influenced by the characteristics of water in the process of creation. Hydrate follows a very clear and fresh version of Material Design. But not only in the design perspective is Hydrate unique compared with all other Water Drink Reminder apps.
Drinks orientated
Okay, we know it - water it great. But what about tea? Or a smoothie? Though water is excellent, other drinks are also options to reach your daily hydration goal. Often a tastier option. You can create your own personal drinks and add them anytime in the future. Your personal drinks will be displayed in the notifications and dynamic shortcuts for adding them even faster.
Today
In the today view you have a complete overview about all of your drinks and status of your progress so far to reach your hydration goal. A fluid progress bar displays your current status. Below you get additional information as the average capacity amount of all drinks, the amount of drinks, the status, the balance, the goal and the remaining capacity. Below you can add, edit or duplicate easily your today's drinks.
Profile
We calculate your hydration goal depending on your profile information. You can increase or decrease the calculated goal by adding a bonus.
Information and Statistics
Look at your progress so far and be proud of it. Beside a weekly and monthly chart, some other interesting information will be displayed here too.
Google Fit Support
This Drink Water Reminder + Journal app supports Google Fit. You can get the weight from Google Fit, send weight changes within Hydrate to Google Fit as well as add hydration data to Google Fit.
Android Dynamic Shortcuts
Hydrate displays you 4 dynamic shortcuts for your 4 first personal drink templates. The dynamic shortcuts have the respective drink name, icon and color. Through a click on the respective drink shortcuts, the drink will be added without opening the app.
